They review is for the service. Walked in the store to get a quick sub on a Sunday night. The store was empty and the manager or worker was counting his receipts. Didn’t welcome us. Waited 5 minutes and didn’t want to help. Left without ordering. Didn’t seem like cared about the customer leaving. Oh well in n out is a better choice anyway. Will never go to that jersey mikes!

Good selection, good food, friendly staff, fair price, good location. Philly sub was great, piping hot, good portion and Kitts of meat and cheese. Wifey had the chicken sandwich, was great and she she couldn’t finish it so save rest for later.

This place is really good. Would choose this place over subway anyday. Service here is 100% excellente. The two guys making the sandwiches are very attentive and very helpful. I had the Philly cheesesteak. I have to say was very good and full of flavor. The wife and daughter had the original Italian sandwich on wheat. They weren’t to happy. Meat and veggies were nice and fresh but the bread was a big bust. Very hard and plain. That’s the only reason they didn’t get 5 stars. If the bread would of been better I would of gave the 5,6,7,8,9 even 10 stars

Came here with my mom after BWW was a fail… needed something quick to take back to the office. Quick, good food, and good customer service.

I have to say I really liked it here. The servise was remarkable. Those girls were really nice and super friendly. I went during lunch time. It’s walking distance from where I work. If you drive there, park at the Americana. I got the regular sized Club Sub and oh my, It was good! The turkey was perfect. The ham was thinly sliced. The lettuce was fresh. The bread was amazing(I got wheat) and the bacon(I don’t really eat pork) but the bacon was so crispy. It’s not like other places where it just feels like they’re stale or rubbery. I will definitaly come here more often. I was super pleased! Thank you :)

Better than I expected! I ordered delivery through a third party, and it was delicious. Not the best sub I’ve ever had, but really good. Will order again and recommend.

My friend and I stopped by at noon for a quick sandwich. There were two people in line ahead of me, and two workers, one making sandwiches and one cashier. After a 15 minute wait behind two people they finally asked us for our order. I ordered, and watched as he made my sandwich. They usually put a decent amount of meat in the sandwich, but this time there were barely two slices. He made up for it by loading up on the lettuce and onions. When we sat at the tables they were dirty and sticky. This was overall a very poor experience, and I highly recommend the one in La Cañada over this place. The drive is worth it.

I’ve frequented various sandwich shops over the years, and I must say that Jersey Mikes takes the cake. Not only is the food delicious their staff is very welcoming and professional. I was helped by Emil, he greeted me with a smile and treated me like a friend, not just another customer. I had a great experience on my visit and I’ll most definitely be going back for more subs.

This place is in Americana, tucked away on Brand blvd. I like this location, it’s clean and not too busy! Staff was pretty friendly and food came out quick. Thankfully it wasn’t bustling during peak lunch hours so I was in and out of there in 5 minutes(ordered my food online which is such a great feature!) Only downfall is no parking on the street, you have to park in the lot so that can get busy… I always get the #7– can’t go wrong with a turkey sub! I never get it mike’s way, though, cuz I usually eat the sandwich later and the sauce makes the bread too soggy for me.

I just ordered through their app and bought a chicken bacon ranch sub and usually they provide me with the best best service but today it was a complete disappointment. Not only was the cashier rude but I come to find out when I get back to work that there’s NO chicken in my sand which ! Are you kidding me ?!? And of course I can’t go back because I have to return to work soon but are you serious? I want my chicken. Waste of my time and I was disappointed with their service. Don’t think I’ll be returning to this location

It’s bad enough that anything located near the Glendale galleria is hard to get too… but I walk into this location and wait there for about 5min before I was even greeted as the girl behind the counter is busy making sandwiches… and the manager is sitting down at a table enjoying his break with his friend. He had to call her name to let her know I was even there. She tells me it will be just a minute. No problem so 5 min later she comes back to me and states I’m almost done with your order… mind you I haven’t even ordered yet… and I stated that to her and she looked very confused. She said yes this is your food right here? No it’s not I just walked in I haven’t ordered yet. So I ask for a turkey wrap and again we get the shocked lost look. She looks to her manager on break and tells him she wants a wrap I don’t know how to make those… at this point the manger is still sitting not even attempting to help her… so I’ve already wasted about 20min of my lunch at this time and say forget it… I’ll just go to in n out… as I’m walking out and past the window the manager is finally getting up! Great customer service jersey mikes!

My husband is a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s, me not so much, so 3 stars to even it out. Service is nice and the quality is better than Subway. He gets the Big Kahuna Cheese steak every time and loves it. You choice of white or wheat, hot and cold sandwiches in 3 sizes. Prices are a bit steep, but they have a loyalty club and coupons which can save a few bucks. Everything is sliced and made to order but still moves pretty fast. Great location which makes for a perfect lunch time stop.

What a crappy experience. I can promise that I wont be back here EVER again. Crappy service, no parking, bad attitudes, smugness and absolutely no work ethic with higher than normal prices. Yeah I totally wanna come back here. Lets see, how about these wonderful thoughts: There was no one else in line so the the worker decided to fill some kind of order other than mine while I am standing there. I guess the single sandwich phone in order was much more important than my being forced to wait order in front of them. Ohhh then a worker comes in and begins working on what appeared to be another phone in order instead of waiting on me! WTH! I almost walked out right then, but I had a starving daughter and she had to eat and well I dont know this area very well. Pro Tip: DONOTCOMEHERE! So finally the first worker finishes the sandwich he was making and decides to help me. The first thing he tells me is that they wont take my coupons that say that they are good for all Southern California locations. *SMH* You have to love this to the greatest amount I would say. So I explain what I need and that I am in a rush. So the gent makes my sandwich at half the speed as he made the phone order. Way to be a great brand ambassador. I wish I knew the dudes name… but we are not supposed to post it even if I knew it grrrr regardless my sandwich tasted ok from the 2 bites that my daughter let me have as she inhaled the rest as she was starving when I got the sammie to her. This happened a few of months ago and I am still super pissed off about this… totally not a good thing. So yeah dont come here. I highly suggest going anywhere else instead. Seriously I dont know if I would ever purposely go to a Jersey mikes again due to the treatment that I received here. It just isnt worth it to be treated worse than dog excrement. So unless you like to be treated poorly I simply would avoid this place big time.

I love jersey mikes subs! I was very skeptical at first because I thought«it’s fast food sandwiches, how fresh and good could it taste?» It tastes glorious! My Favorite is the chipotle Philly cheesesteak, it’s a huge sandwich, full of flavor and amazingness. The sandwich tastes like a spicy, meaty, cheesy and juicy gem. I also got some pickles on the side, and they were so refreshing. The cold and hot combo really meshed well together. The servers are also so helpful and nice, the first 2 times I was here, I was kinda lost on what to get and what to pick but the workers showed me bread size, new sandwiches, prices, and the 2nd time the cashier also signed me up I’m their rewards program, buy a certain amount of subs and get one free, which is always a good deal! All this talking about this sandwich is making me hungry!

For a quick bite of a sandwich that’s 10x better & fresher than Subway this is the spot. Friendly service & decent sandwiches. They slice your cold cut meats to order. So be patient it takes some time. I really liked the Ham & salami sandwich that I could customize to my liking. The bread was also fresh which is a plus. Place overall was clean. It is small inside but hey it does the job. It’s never been crowded & it’s found on the brand side of the Americana.

5 Stars for warm and welcoming. 4 Stars for taste. 4 Stars for being a chain doing it right. This place is a cookie cutter sandwich shop at the Americana. If you are sick of the yoga-mat bread at Subway and are looking for something that wont give you a food coma like In-N-Out, then this place is fine. You’re going to find Mall Employee’s here which should tell you something: fair price for fair food. They try their best with what they have.

I work in Glendale and decided to give Jersey Mike’s a try. I am so regretting I did. Why? First the veggies offered are extremely limited. It’s actually a joke because all they have is lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Second the price. $ 7.50 for that sandwich is outrageous. I rather go to Rayhun just a block north, pay a buck more and get a ton of veggie option plus a potato salad. Third, and worst one: customer service. I order the Veggie and the lady, who made my sandwich, wasn’t even looking at me. She just added everything she had from onion(which I don’t like), to salt(which I try to avoid), to an INSANE amount of oil and vinegar. I’ll try to upload a picture but my sandwich is soaked and I don’t think I will be able to eat it. Why wouldn’t she ask what I actually want? And she did it so fast 100% ignoring me I just didn’t get a chance to let her know. It’s extremely unlikely that I will go back.

I finally gave Jersey Mike’s a try and was completely disappointed. Why? #1 The selection of veggies to choose from was extremely limited. I was used to being spoiled by Subway. You can choose from 6 or so items to add to your sadwich. #2 The prices! Geez guys, $ 7.50 for a Regular(probably 6 inch sandwich)! Prices are about 25 to 35% more than Subway… FORLESSFOOD. I ordered the Turkey Breast and Provolone which tasted good. The bread is fresh and so are the veggies. Overall the quality of ingredients is great. If you they could switch to non GMO and organic then I could see Mike’s justifying the high cost of their food. As of now, I won’t be coming back.

So I’m fresh out of Philadelphia and I’m searching for replacements for all my favorites. I figured with a name like Jersey Mikes, it’s gotta be just like home. I was wrong. However, my sandwich was very good. There were just a few small differences that made it not quite an east coast hoagie(or sub as you might call it). Either way, I like Jersey Mikes and will probably be back at some point in the future.

Pretty good sub. I agree it’s better than most subway subs, better than togo’s for sure and quizno’s has their whole toasted thing going for them. I was starving after work one wednesday night and read some Unilocal reviews that suggested the original italian so i went with that. The original italian is a freshly sliced cold cut sammich consisting of salami, pepperoni, ham, cappicola & prosciuttini with provolone cheese. i ordered it ‘mike’s way’ but with no onions… I took the sandwich to go and that might’ve been the downfall cause when i got home(10 mins away), some of the bread was soggy from the oil & vinegar. i love oil & vinegar but they really do put it on. I don’t mind that but i’m sure the sammich would’ve been better had i eaten it right away. The deli meats were pretty good. You can taste the difference because they slice it right then & there. Jersey Mike’s is a good alternative to the other quick style chain delis. I will definitely give it another try. And I will definitely dine in next time. I have my eye on the club sub next. The meatball & cheese hot sammich sounds good, too. BTW… I oredered the ‘giant’ size sub. Whoa! It can easily feed 3. It’s huge… I ate about ¾ of it cause the darn thing is cut into 4 pieces. Big olé’ sammich.
