Helzberg Diamonds

Love this place! My fiancé and I went in here looking for engagement rings, Debbie and Denise were sensational. We told them what we were interested in and our price range and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are so friendly and helpful, they take the stress out of looking for rings and make it fun. My ring won’t be ready for a couple weeks due to sizing but I definitely can’t wait to go back and pick it up. Would highly recommend this particular location over and over again, the selection is great and all the jewelry is beautiful.

This is the only jewelry store at Arrowhead Mall that I would do business with if I could! Usually I feel invisible in jewelry stores, but here I am always acknowledged and promptly helped.
My sister suggested I look into Helzberg because of her experience with them and I am glad I listened. After trying on numerous engagement rings at multiple retailers, I was beginning to think I’d never find something in my price range and style. I knew what I wanted, and they just happened to have a great selection of black diamonds that weren’t gaudy on my petite hands.
I’ve gone back a few times to look at men’s rings, have my engagement ring cleaned and also purchased my wedding ring from them. If you look at my reviews for other jewellers you will see that I do not avoid stating any and all issues I have, but I have only praise for this one (so far).

This place is awesome! Excellent customer service. I am completely satisfied with the services they offered. I’ll be back for sure. Joe is the man he really helped me out with a situation I had with my ring! Can’t say enough good things about this store.

I bought a TISSOT automatic for a $ 1000 2 months ago. The Watch stopped working, no matter what I do, it’s useless. And Linda «self entitled Manager» tells me that there is absolute nothing she can do for me because it’s been past the 30 days warranty ??? Wtf? A watch like this for that Price should work.
But she sure took time to upset me, suck her teeth and continuing to be rude to me and my family. NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING TO BUY ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE. And neither should you, be aware of the fraud they are doing there to get u to buy something that’s NOT worth the money !!!

I go into the mall frequently, and I avoid helzberg every time! Their customer service is insulting and discriminating, I’m a 21 year old woman and I was wanting to purchase a pandora bracelet and 5 beads and I was waiting for someone to help me for about 45 minutes. I ended up leaving and very upset! I would never suggest that store to anyone!

I stopped into Helzberg this past week while killing time before work. The first time I walked in I was there for about 5 minutes and was not greeted by a single staff member. Not even a nod or wave to acknowledge my presence. There were a couple of customers in the store so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to return after I grabbed some lunch. Only because I spotted a nice watch. When I returned someone did help me right away but she was rude in the beginning. She was conversing with her coworker on tasks they needed to complete. She didn’t really take me seriously until she noticed I was already wearing a Movado like herself. I narrowed my choices down to two watches but to my surprise a customer walked in to and interrupted our conversation to express her urgency to clean her ring. The sales associate took the customer’s ring and went to clean it and left me standing there. I walked out the store and will never return. I will find my watch elsewhere.

I was lured in (once again, dammit!) by the banner proclaiming a free KindleHD at xmas time… sorry this is so late.
The sales lady that first sold me a wedding set a year earlier (Gloria??) was helping someone else, so we decided, or actually, she decided, we would wait for her. By that I meant, once the other sales associates were waved off by her, no one else would approach us, so we waited about 30 minutes.
My initial reason for stopping was that I remembered being told during my original purchase that I could trade the original rings in for larger ones and receive the original price paid as the trade-​in price. Since I wanted to see about «super-​sizing» the wife’s set, this was the question we waited 30 min. to ask about.
Well, apparently they don’t take trade-​ins of their own merchandise anymore unless it is a diamond solitaire (WTF!!!). She tried to play it off that it was something «new» from corporate, but after grilling her about the time frame that this change occured (meaning– it changed before my original purchase, therefore, my purchase was not grandfathered in), it became obvious to both sides that she had lied during my initial purchase.
Since I purposely asked about this trade-​in «feature» twice during my original purchase, to which, I was assured both times that I could trade in my original purchase, BEWARE of the shady sales tactics being employed at this location. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
