Glendale Shiseido

I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. I had originally gotten eyelash extensions on my trip to the Philippines for $ 22 U.S. and I loved it! Lasted about 4 weeks until it started getting annoying. So at that point, I decided to get it taken off and found Shiseido on Unilocal.
I made an appointment for the removal two days prior with Kim the owner, who was very kind and accommodating.
My eyelash removal was done by Jenny and went great! Took about 30mins and cost $ 30 (cash preferred).
About a month of resting my lashes I came back to get a full set done by Jenny for $ 100.
The session took about 1hr and 15mins.
I fell asleep for most of the session which was quite embarrassing, but I guess I felt that comfortable with Jenny, who is just as kind as the owner.
I felt a little irritation drying my lashes at the end, but I assumed it was the glue settling in. I liked the results of the first day. It was natural and seemed fitting for my eyes, but new I wanted /​could handle more lashes because of my first experience.
Although I had a smooth experience in the beginning with the sessions and feeling comfortable with Jenny, my lashes started getting a little funky after Day 3!
Too soon for my liking… Some were already falling off and other hairs we’re going in random directions.
So after the weekend (5days after initial), I visited Jenny as a walk in and she tried her best to fix it, claiming that my hairs are growing fast because I’m young, which could be true… but 3days?
So she took about 45mins to fix what she can by adding and taking away the funky hairs and I was okay with it, but she charged me another $ 30! (I really don’t want to complain, but this is less then a week into it!)
Her last advice was to put mascara to set them into place, which I did last time, but not until week 4!
Overall, I rated my experience a 4, because they were nice people, but 3 for the eye lash extensions.
I’m writing this on the 4^th week, but 3^rd of her fixing it, and they’re still on but I’ve been using mascara. Most likely going to try another salon for now.

I always leave this place happy even after spending more than anticipating. I keep forgetting get their names but it’s always the same 2 ladies I see.
After the CC cream got discontinued by Studio Gear, I wanted to look for a similar product, something that is light coverage but will still cover scars. She recommended a new product on the line, I came here because I knew they will help me find a product I’ll be happy with. She didn’t rush me into buying anything and explained the benefits on the products I was interested in and the one product I ended up buying, I am extremely happy with. It’s exactly what I was looking for.
I will continue to come here! They are extremely friendly. It is a clean, small location, and the store have a lot skin care products!

So happy with my lashes! all my lashes are short and thin, but she did a great job and really good customer service.

Got my lashes done today. Jenny did a great job. They feel light and not access glue. My appointment was true to one hour and one hundred bucks. The place is clean and quiet. Let’s see how they work out the next few weeks and if they hold up, I’ll be going back.

Wow!!! I have never experienced such great service! Jenny and Kim. They are very polite and knowledgeable about their products. I will definitely recommended this store to my friends. Try this store and you will be truely glad you did.

OMG! So glad I found this place! I had gotten eyelash extensions the day before finding this place from a girl in pasadena who had good reviews but took over 2 hours I paid $ 179 and my eyelashes were so empty and did not look good at all. Wanting to make them fuller I found this place today on Unilocal and decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. The place was very clean the girls were very nice and welcoming they fit me rite in their schedule with an hour notice and WOW Jenny did an amazing job. I am a very picky person so that says a lot. You also can’t beat the price of $ 100 for a full set here I will never go anywhere else. Didn’t know they did facials I will have to get one next time I visit :)

Great place for facials and eye lash extensions. Jenny is great. For eye lash extensions, she offers mink nd synthic lashes. Free facil when you purchase $ 150 in products. They have other Korean line of make ups nd always recommend what is best for your skin, not based on price point. Appointment only for eye lash extensions.
