Francis Albert Construction Corp

Good contractors are hard to come by. I have owned a multifamily property in Ridgewood Queens New York and this is my 3^rd contractor since I have owned it in 2008. I also am a broker in NYC and work with many landlords, supers and see many construction sites.
I have had many issues with contractors in the past however Robert Jr. at Francis Albert Construction is a breath of fresh air. First, he speaks great english which is a super help in communication so there is no missunderstanding on a job. He is NYU educated and came back to help run his family business. They are very hard working, fair, easy to get in touch with and did a great job flipping my unit to get it ready for the new tenant.
As far as price is concerned they were not the least expensive quote and not the most expensive quote I received. I think it is important with construction work to get good quality and not to overpay as well.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to use them for work. I flipped a rental unit and looking to even use them for some of my clients gut renovations and future work on my places. I am confident I will not have to adjust this review…;)
