Usually I will be lenient on how long I wait for my coffee from dunkin. Today, that changed. The line didn’t move for up to 5 minutes. If an order is taking that long, causing the line to wrap around the building and sometimes be pushed to the enterance off the main road, there’s got to be a better organization plan. I’ve ordered a meal and coffee once and was asked to move up and wait in a parking spot(not mad about that, it’s simple balancing of orders and time for the others in line). But when they didn’t do that today, and I sat there waiting with my son in the car, I left. Tried Desert Eagle instead, they now have my business. Also for the employees, when I ask for liquid sugar to be added to my macchiato, ibwould suggest you don’t rudely question the next customer like you did with me. How would adding sugar to a coffee seriously offend you??? Hope you guys do better!

The employees are always nice at the drive thru. They even went out of their way to make a fresh heart shaped donut without any filling(my 4 yr old isn’t a fan of the filling) even though I insisted they didn’t have to. Then to top it off, I didn’t realize this nice gesture until we got home and my son opened the box and said«mom, it’s a donut heart!» It really made his day. That’s what I call good customer service! Thank you guys!

I’ve been here dozens of times. Really prompt service and friendly staff. Sometimes the food or drinks can vary from store to store but not here! One precaution, I went through the drive through and ordered no sugar. When I got to work it most definitely did, it tasted delicious but I didn’t want my coffee to be my treat for the day.

Customer service needs improvement. Lots of seating inside. You can get refills on your tea and iced coffee while you are there.
