These people ripped $ 16 from me. I ordered online and specifically wanted the deal that was $ 10 that included a 1 topping medium sized pizza, 16 parmesan bread sticks, 8 piece cinnastixs. I made a mistake with my order which this part is my fault. As i was ordering i didnt select the parmesan bread sticks and cinnastixs option because i figured since it already says it on the coupon if i click this it may be extra charge. Then when my delivery came I only received a pizza so I told them I also ordered parmesan bread sticks and cinnastix. The delivery man said it only said 1 medium pizza. The total was $ 18 and I gave him $ 20, no change needed. So i called dominos and told him what i did wrong and the guy said«oh okay no problem we will get you the breadsticks and cinnastixs itll take 40 minutes.» Then my second order comes and I had to pay $ 16??? So i told the same delivery guy, which i felt really bad because it was already 1140pm he must be tired he came twice to my location, that no i shouldnt be paying this but of course this guy doesnt know what happened cause he’s just the delivery man so he said«well you need to pay it either way» so I just paid the $ 16. Then i continuously called because that was their mistake, they never told me I had to pay a whole separate order, that wasnt what I wanted. The guy didnt even tell me over the phone that I had to pay, if I knew I had to I wouldnt even have the same delivery guy come twice to me. But they didnt pick up because they closed. So I just paid $ 36 total for something that was $ 18. I would like my money back please.

This place should be closed on the horrible attitude and customer service alone! I ordered 23 item pizzas, cheesy bread, 8 hot wings, and 3 additional sauces /dips. Pros: Online dominos ordering was easy Pizza tracker made it accurate to time my pickup Pizza was made very well and tasty for my family Cons: Horribly rude customer service by more than 1 employee as i walked in with my son. My total was $ 35 and was told i could pay with a $ 100 bill. Then some random kid making pizzas told me to goto ralphs for change. Wait huh? Dont u have change here during dinner time? Its 730pm!!! I walked to ralphs for change. Then i still had to wait to pay, and for my food, which the online tracker showed complete(but wasnt done at all) Didnt get any ranch, garlic dipping sauce, or bleu cheese dipping sauce(which is what i paid for) Small parking area, and half the cars are delivery for dominos. Trust me stay away. Low class from this location. I will spend my money elsewhere trust me. Ive never been treated so poorly in my 41yrs.

I love dominos, but this is the worst store and only one that delivers to my house. Every time I’ve called I’m immediately put on hold for like 15 mins. I don’t know what they do, it’s very annoying. Besides that, the food is always good. Just calling in and ordering takes forever, some times they lag on delivery as well. Oh and PICKUPYOURDAMNPHONE!

If you mess up an order, can’t you just make it again? Seriously, I wouldn’t mind the extra wait, just as long as my food is made well!

After my poor experience Gabriel apologized for what happened with my order. He credited my account for the item that was not delivered. He genuinely seemed apologetic and really felt bad about what happened. The owner of the store also sent me some coupons and apologized for what happened. I think that is an improvement towards making that dominos store a better pizza shop. For both the general manager and owner taking care of this matter I am going to raise the stars to 4. This is the 3rd time I am ordering from dominos and they forget an item. Gabriel tried to explain to me that this is the first time this happened with me since he has been the general manager so I don’t know if that is true or not but every time I order something from dominos I wonder are they going to forget something this time and that should not be the way. I am a loyal customer of dominos but I will never order dominos again if you want pizza order from somewhere else because they will forget something for sure. Gabriel the gm said he can bring back the food but that doesn’t help when your appetite is gone. Very disappointed

I’ve had it with this Dominoes, no more, never again !! They make tons of mistakes, last night instead of offering to refund my money, they offered me another order! I don’t want another order I want my money back. I ordered a small pizza and a sandwich with no green peppers. My pizza had green peppers on it! Last time they forgot my dipping Sauce and told me to re order it they would be back in an hour? Really !! I guess they think they are the only pizza place around !! Never again will they get mine or my families business !! I’m gonna write corporate as well !! Shame on them !!

Ordered a gluten free pizza online for pick up. Confirmation email was sent & it said 10 – 15 min for pick up. Once I got there(it had been 20 minutes) the woman working told me that they ran out of gluten free dough days ago and she said she was going to call me. She told me I could try another location. They didn’t seem busy at all(employees were standing around). I would have hoped someone would have already called me to let me know of the situation. Maybe dominos can get up to date with technology and if a store is out of something that it could update the website. Come on dominos Glendale!

I waited for an hour for my online order with complications having carryout changed to delivery. I had to call twice to remind them that I changed my order to delivery. Only on the second call, Aaron the manager got on the phone and blamed me for not providing the address. As a customer, was I suppose to ask the worker«you should ask for my address?» Regardless, Aaron offered drinks for the inconvenience. I decided to just bite my tongue and be patient. After an hour, I received an incorrect order with cheese on top. Being lactose intolerant, this was quite frustrating. I called back to tell them I got the wrong order. They offered to give me store credit or remake of the pizza. Neither of the options sounded appealing at that point. I have been waiting about thirty minutes or so for the remake of the pizza, I have a feeling they forgot about my order once again.

How hard is it to deliver pizzas? The pizzas were done in a timely manner but took 30 mins to deliver the pizzas cold. I didn’t even want to tip the guy. If I wanted cold pizza I would have ordered it yesterday. This place couldn’t be more than 2 miles from my job.

This has to be the worst Dominos in the area. Every time I have ordered something from here I have had a problem. First time I picked up my order and the man at the counter tried to pocket extra money off me by charging a $ 1 for each dipping sauce. I contacted the manager via email and was ignored. Now this time I order delivery, the food came COLD and BURNT!!! Fool me once shame on you Fool me twice shame on me F–

Pro’s: the $ 5.99 medium, two topping carryout special, likely for the weekdays, and possibly a promotional price that may not be valid at a future date. the professional, polite, and efficient customer service. the person who i made the order with on the phone was very pleasant, promised the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes, and they indeed were when i arrived. Con’s: i asked for the thin crust pizza, expecting a nice, nearly-crispy crust, but it sort of just fell apart. also, i don’t recall requesting it this way, but instead of being cut up into normal, you know, pizza-shaped slices, so about the traditional eight-slice cut that one associates with pizza, it was instead cut up several times vertically and horizontally, creating maybe 16 slices, some with very little crust, and others with practically only crust. i asked for crushed red pepper and they said that they no longer gave those out for free but i Could purchase a small container for $ 1. as i was digging out change for the tax i was told that it was just $ 0.99. yay, i thought it would be $ 1.10. but then again, why am i being charged for it? is this a new policy working its way through all fast food pizza? whichever way, i did not like this added cost.

Not enough for me. The price was low and I picked up the pizza. The guy behind the counter was nice and efficient. I ordered an Artisan feta cheese and spinach pizza. I’ve had better, but it was close to my house and it was ready on time. I also found the delivery online to be odd, paying for delivery, and then paying a tip as well so I picked up my pizza. I won’t go back. The parking at 5 p.m. is not good.

I always order with this dominos and had a great experience each time. I order via the dominos app so I can’t really speak on the phone customer service, BUT they have never screwed up my order they have always been on time and delivered warm to their best tasting each time! Unlike other pizza joints that deliver they always remember the order entirely(I must have my ranch!) Who ever manages that place is definitely doing their job.

Fast food pizza with decent ingredients. It is what it is but I’ve tried several pizza delivery places in Glendale, including private and authentic mom and pop shops in Glendale and none match up to the quality of an all america pizza from Dominos. I used to have that impression that Domino’s had the cardboard like quality pizza that you’d expect from LIttle Caesar’s but from what I understand, ingredients have changed in the past 4 – 5 years. Tonight I ordered online– a simple pepperoni pizza with back olives. It came on time, the ingredients tasted fresh and the service was great.

My wife thinks that the pizzas from this dominoes in particular taste better than pizzas from others dominoes. I told her they all use the same ingredients. Maybe they have better ovens or something. It’s a mystery… LoL.

Amazingly, this has become our«go to» place for delivery, because it is just really good pizza when you want it quickly! Love their online tracking… you know exactly when the order has left the store. The drivers are always friendly and seem to be in a good mood, the pizzas are always hot and our orders are always correct! And, if you are craving chocolate, their Lava Cakes are KILLER! Love the CinnaStix, they make a great breakfast the next day. I’ve gotten hooked on the Philly Cheese Steak pizza, it is so good! Our son likes the plain cheese pizza, so their $ 10 deal is a bargain: Med Cheese, Parmesan Bread Bites & CinnaStix. Many thanks to the crew at the Dominos on Colorado! Keep up the great work, it is appreciated!

When I first tried ordering from this place, the pizzas were a bit underwhelming. I think it was about a year or two ago where they decided to change some recipes, and I decided to give it another go. Since then, this has been one of the places I consistently order from. The delivery drivers have always been friendly, the pizzas are consistently tasty, and I do not recall ever getting an incorrect order. The food arrives about the time estimate given, and they are also good about this on busy nights. Don’t order from this place if you’re expecting gourmet level pizza. This is a quick and simple way of getting some simple, tasty food. Since Domino’s doesn’t claim to be gourmet, this place gets a good grade in my book.

I ordered online for pick-up. Very convenient and fast but when I called the person was rude«Aaron» is the name. No phone etiquete. Slammed the phone on me did not say goodbye or thanks none of that. I let it go then I came to the store, same attitude!.. looks like he hates his job, I did not comment to him or anything, I just took his name. Such a rude person and no place in the customer service industry. I will write a personal complaint at the corporate office. They have to do something about this person!
