I have to say I’m shocked. I just thought I would try it out to experience the concept for my strategy classes not expecting much, and its AWESOME. I can’t explain it. It just tastes amazing. The crust is thinner than NY but still chewy and not that cracker stuff Wisconsinites for some reason love(maybe someone can explain this to me:). I think the sauce has some pretty amazing spices and is so flavorful. I want another one now! The only other pizza in the area I crave is Transfer.

It’s pizza meets Subway… Build your own pizza for $ 7.95 and have it made exactly how you want! It’s genius! They offer gluten-free crust and vegan cheese to accommodate nearly everyone. There are many options for cheese, meats, and veggies. Oh the veggies! I get nearly all of them. The roasted garlic is super fantastic. You can also get pesto drizzle, arugula, and bbq put on at the end. The more items you get on your pizza, the softer the crust will be toward the middle of your pizza… but it is not bad; I prefer a softer crust that won’t rip up the roof of my mouth. Blaze is open later than the mall stores, which is great for mall employees and those living nearby that crave pizza after 6pm on a Sunday. I think this is a great concept — fun, tasty, and a good value!

The system was fun. You can order your pizza like you do in Subway. Alien am not a fan of their pizzas though. Their crust was very thin but not crispy. To be honest, it tasted like an inexpensive frozen pizza. Alien ordered«Link In,» which need more cheese on top, Alien think.

I love this place! It’s like Subway or Qdoba for pizza. I visited at the height of the lunch hour on a Saturday so the line was out into the mall hallway. I expected the wait to be 20 minutes but it went so quickly due to efficient staff and prepared items. While waiting I watched the pizza dough being pressed in a machine that forms an even pizza round each time. It’s not as authentic as hand tossed but it’s a fast way to make a uniform sized round each time. Then comes time to place an order. You can choose from several pre-set options or build your own. I like that they ask your name, and then each person who helps you uses your name. It’s something I hear over and over again working retail — a customer will remember a positive experience over a negative one if you focus on using their name. The whole process from start to finish took about 10 minutes. Ten minutes to make and take a personal pizza that is fired in the oven and finished before you get to your seat with a drink in hand. It’s pretty awesome. And it happens to taste yummy too! All the ingredients — from dough to toppings — looked and tasted fresh. There is also no skimping on the toppings. The price is quite reasonable too at about $ 8 for a personal pizza. If you can’t finish the whole pie, they have take-out boxes, but it’s hard to resist not completing your meal. My only complaint, now that cooler weather is upon us, is that there is nowhere to hang up your coat. There is a lot of empty wall space, perhaps some hooks could be mounted. Most of the seating is backless stools so the only choice is to sit on you coat. It’s a bit awkward.

What a perfect experience! The concept itself is awesome, but what seals the deal is the excellent staff. The workers were not only attentive, friendly and helpful, but we were amazed by their efficiency. We visited the shop at a very busy time, but the long lines and hectic Saturday crowd didn’t seem to phase this well-oiled machine of a staff. Our pizzas were absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable. Although it is a self-serve, bus-your-own-table model, there were still staff members regularly checking in with seated guests and making sure everyone had what they needed. We definitely look forward to recommending this place to our friends and family.

Sbarro, this is not. Really pretty impressed with this place. Decent portion for the price, and a ton of options. While some things are strange(bbq sauce on top of the pizza?) it’s mostly a choose your own adventure of pizza. Strong concept for mall food.

Fantastic concept and amazing food! The pizzas are 100% custom and are delicious! This new pizza place is certainly here to stay. I can only compare it to working your way through a Chipotle or Subway order line where you can add or pass on a wide variety of ingredients and then wait a couple of minutes as your personal pizza is cooked. Will definitely be going back

Went there today with my cousins. We had never been there before, but we loved it! We had the build your own pizza, and it was cheap and delicious. The unlimited toppings was cool for it. They also had regular pizzas to choose from on the menu. They only had 11″ pizzas, but it fed 3 people. The service was good. The worker who made our pizza was really informative and helpful with helping us make our pizza since we hadn’t been there before. The cashier was kind of rude, though. Anyway, the pizza came out fast. I had also gotten a small Cesar salad that was good, too! Another thing that was cool is that the drinks they had in the cooler by the register were the same prices as the regular fountain drinks. The ones by the register are usually more expensive than the fountain drinks, so I thought that was nice. The only thing I wish was that they delivered! :)

My husband and I went to Blaze one day as we were running errands around the Bayshore area. We had heard it was really good and get sick of eating at Sprecher, CPK, Cheesecake factory, so we walked in. The people! They are SO friendly and helpful! We started at the cash register(note: this is the wrong place to start) and they guided us to the right place while answering our questions along the way. We were able to order one pizza but have two different halves so that we could both get what we wanted. Their toppings are all laid out and labeled — it reminded me of a subway — with sauce, veggies, protein, extras. At the end, we picked a salad and also ordered the S’more that was heated in their oven, paid, and waited for the pizza. Ding! Five minutes later we had this delicious wood-fired pizza. We hardly waited at all and the pizza was really perfect. I thought for sure that with such a short wait the pizza would be subpar, but the crust was perfectly thin(not too thin), the cheese was perfectly melted, and the other toppings were also perfectly cooked. We recommend this place if you’re in a hurry, or if you work at the mall, or just want something better than CPK(sorry, CPK, but your high calorie, high priced pizzas just aren’t worth it). P. S. Definitely get the s’more and have it warmed up in the oven!

Finally! A pizza place that I can take my dairy allergic toddler! I am overjoyed! Tonight was my first time here, but I did my research online first. I had to make sure there was a vegan cheese option for my son and thank goodness they do offer it. When we got into the line, I ordered my son a classic red sauce, vegan cheese and pepperoni pizza. I really appreciated the staff going above and beyond by changing their gloves while handling his food, and honoring my request to use pepperoni that had not been exposed to the other toppings in the prep line. My son enjoyed his first time eating pizza, and I am looking forward to bringing him back in the future. I ordered a classic red sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and green pepper pizza. The pizza was delicious, with a good balance of cheese and sauce. I could only eat three pieces, and boxed the rest. My son being new to the world of pizza only ate one slice, but I am sure he’ll ask for more later to avoid going to bed this evening! Overall this is a great spot for a quick family dinner. The interior design is meant to get people in and out, and I can appreciate that.

I never knew that blaze pizza was inside of Bayshore. I Tell you this, i wish i would have known sooner that way i would have eaten there sooner. Its near Boston store and across from potbellys. it has a small outdoor eating section. Inside there is an eating section as well or you can take your pizza to go. I get the gist. Its like subway meets pizza hut and depending on what you get the prices can be cheaper then both! You start off at the right side of the counter and select the pizza you want and the toppings. it will be made right in front of you and slide into the pizza oven so that you get a hot crispy pizza in about 6 minutes. The set up looks or reminds me Sbarro. Do people even know or remember Sbarro? Maybe not? This time that i went with the kiddos. We got 5 pizzas. In all we got 2 cheese pizzas, a bbq chicken pizza, the link in pizza and a meat lover pizza. My kids were all stuffed when were done and heading home. The pizzas are not huge and they can be confused with personal sized pizza, however they are so totally shareable. I only eat cheese so i can say that the pizza was great. Thin crust just like i like pizza. The only gripe i have is that the sauce was a little sweet for my personal taste buds. I got 5 pizzas and i spent 33 bucks. not that bad. That’s a little more then lil Caesars. There are more selections and the toppings take fresh. The dough was rolled out and made upfront so that was cool to see as well. Would i go back? Well is it lunch time right now? Sure i will and ill take the clan with me. They really seemed to enjoy it and so did I. Will blaze substitute of Pizza Shuttle… no, how about Pizza Hut… nope, or Pap Johns? Well maybe Papa Johns.(not my fav). Its not set up to replace your favorite place to get pizza. I think its identity is or should be a fast and healthy alternative to the normal pizza pie. Stop… eat… you will like it.

I’m tossed between a four and five star! For what this place is, a build your pizza casual fast food restaurant, it is fantastic! The atmosphere is cute — nothing super special. It’s on the inside of a mall, so that is your view. It is very clean. The pizza is outstanding! I am in love with the build a pizza concept. They have a ton of great speciality pizza ideas. But if you’re not feeling it, you can create your own. Even better? Start with a speciality pizza and add some toppings to make it your own. The crust is thin, almost tasted slightly grilled. So tasty! The toppings are quality, too. Everything seems very fresh. In the mood for a quick lunch or dinner? Then, this pizza place is a great stop. Did I mention it is priced just right?! I really feel like you get a lot for the price you pay. There is one price for a cheese pizza. And then you pay another price for unlimited toppings!

What a find!!! Look out other pizza places, Milwaukee. This one may take the cit by storm. Thank you Unilocalers for the find. I ordered take out via the Unilocal app. We had the pizza with pesto and the red vine. I would highly recommend the pesto pizza. The red was good, but the pesto was out of this world. Whoa was that ever good. After spending 5 years in Minneapolis, this place still doesn’t come close to punch pizza, but it’s nice to have something close in the area. I would highly recommend ordering online. There was a huge line when we got there. Not a ton of seating room, another reason to take this pie to go. Price: can’t get a better deal for what you’re getting. 7.45 for a fresh made pizza, no extra nickel and dimes for a topping. Next time I come I’d like to try one of the other pies on the menu. Everything looked really good.

Great concept for a mall dining option! Yes, it’s fast. Really fast. But I wouldn’t call it fast food. They have several selections to choose from or you can build your own with unlimited toppings. One size fits all on the 11 inch thin crust. It’s enough to feed two or have leftovers if you’re dining solo. I tried the«White Out» and added chicken to it. The woman adding toppings asked if I wanted sea salt and I said sure. I wish I skipped it since my pizza had bacon already and it was a little too salty for me. I had hungry brain fail me on that one. The staff were all friendly and the manager was walking around asking each table how everything was. Great value and service if you’re at Bayshore shopping and need to stop for a quicker bite to eat!

AAAAH! Blaze one of Bayshore Town Centers newest additions to its already quite impressive foodie line up! My boy and I where so fortunate to finally be able to find the time to check this place out and see what they are dishing up. It certainly is not your regular mall fare cuisine, it is also certainly not a date night location its ideal for lunch. 1st and foremost I am really impressed with the ridiculousness that is the affordability of this place. No sky high priced pie at this joint. Its incredible 1 topping pizza is 585. A simple pie«mozz parmesan and red sauce /white sauce is a solid $ 5 and Any toppings mutiple toppings are $ 7.45 thats an incredible value. Lets take an exploration of the all so important toppings! meats: bacon, meatballs, chicken, italian sausage, pepperoni, ham! Veg heads rejoice: artichokes, banana peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, pepper, jalapenos, mushrooms, oregano pineapple, red onion, red pepper, sauteed onions, spinach zuchini.(im exhausted now) The most important cheeses — shredded mozz, gorgonzola(yum yum), ovalini(fancy smancy), parmesan, ricotta, and feta! Sauce fare classic red, spicy red, white cream(we had this option it was pretty darn good) and the list goes on truly a good selection of pizza decoration at your disposal go crazy! As for the final product it was insanely speedy, it was absolutely delicious, and a 1 single pie was more than enough for 2 people to devour. We will indeed be going back. It was just as good as Whitefish bay roman candle but a fraction of the cost. Also FYI the housemade salads are also very good I had grilled veggies salad with vinaigrette it was better than most salads i have had at a pizza joint. very tasty and full of veggies no rip offs at this joint. So their ya have it! go get some pizza eat their or take it to go. Eat be merry!

We were pleasantly surprised. The crust is semi– New York style — and all the toppings are fresh and tasty. You can’t go wrong with a seven dollar pizza that is just over a personal pan size. Fun, happy staff. Quick service.

Rock solid retail version of a build your own pizza joint. Start of with fresh dough, add whatever toppings your heart desires, and presto! A crispy thin crust pizza with gooey cheese is ready after 180 seconds in the oven. Really just kind of stumbled upon this place while Christmas shopping. I feel like this might be a good addition to the ‘retail’ food scene; however, I secretly think they missed their true calling as a late night bar scene joint. They would have a line out the door from midnight to 2 am Thursday thru Saturday. Also, they have handy to-go boxes ready and waiting if you don’t feel the need to polish off the whole personal pizza in one sitting.

This is the Subway of pizza. What’s not to like? You pick what you want on your pizza, they throw it in a huge oven, a couple minutes later they yell your name and you have a piping hot delicious pizza in your hands for under $ 8. The staff was friendly and patient with us newbies. The manager stopped by to clear our pizza plates. Great addition to the Bayshore fast food options!

Pizza is my weakness. I’m that grown adult who could happily eat pizza just about every day and never tire of it. So I was super intrigued by this idea of pizza within 180 seconds rather than the hour that the delivery driver usually takes. This. place. is. great. You can get a one-topping pizza for just over $ 5 or a pizza with as many toppings as you want for $ 7.45. At a loss for ideas? Try a signature pizza. I had the green stripe(pesto, mozzarella, chicken, arugula, red peppers), and it was fabulous. Pizzas are 11″ individual-sized — crusts are thin, but chewy-thin as opposed to cracker-thin. So basically, this is the perfect solution for my husband, who only wants pepperoni on his pie, and me, who wants just about everything. Special shout-out to the staff, who seemed excited to welcome new guests and make helpful recommendations on the menu. As a bonus, they have s’more pies for dessert. And they’re made with McVitie’s Digestives. My British-snack-loving friends, you know this is good stuff.

Individualized pizza is the best. Because sometimes I want a weird-o combination that the rest of the group doesn’t. And then I get food anger for having to compromise my taste bud’s wishes. This place fixes all that. Is this a place that I want to dine in? No. It is located in a mall with lots of children and families. The atmosphere is that of a fast food restaurant, because technically that’s what it is. The pizzas are all the same price, and you can pick ASMANYTOPPINGSASYOUWANT!!! I went crazy, but had a delicious pizza topped with gorgonzola, arugula, garlic, roasted red pepper, onions, and bacon. It was pretty good, and crazy fast. They cook the pizzas all to order, and it only takes 180 seconds. BOOM! You have a pizza. My two hiccups would be that the bacon was not the best ever, and the crust could have been more crisp. Perhaps I will have them fire my ‘za for 280 seconds next time, to crisp it up a bit.
