Beyond Image Graphics

The printing quality is good but the customer service and trying to get someone intelligent to talk to is hard.
My boss asked me to pick some prints from them so I figured this would be an opportunity to use them for my freelance business. What I had to pick up was great and i was impressed. Until I had to pay. They didnt have change for cash. So I paid credit card Via phone and asked for a receipt emailed to my boss. He never got it. I thought maybe it was because it was a bad week.
I called the fallowing week to get a quote. It was a bad connection so he said he would email me. I never got my quote. SO I called again to ask about printing proof and getting a quote.
First the girl answers doesnt say the business name or hers just «hello» Then she said she couldn’t understand what I was asking. (I was asking if they printed proofs) They should have someone is the office that can do more than just answer phones and get on Facebook. SHe took my number and never called me back… Not worth my time. I dont care to try again.
