I can’t be sure how this company’s repair services ranks because they set me up for an appointment between 8am-​noon and never showed or called. When I called them they offered to move me to another day. They tried reaching the technician and were unable to. Finally, they called me back only to tell me he’s running late… When we rearrange our schedules to meet with their time frames a phone call letting us know would be good customer service and appreciated.
