Arbi Baghoomian

I’ve been working with Arbi for 2 years. He is the most honest and down-​to-​earth real agent I’ve ever worked with, always having my best interest at heart instead of just wanting to earn his commission.
He stuck with me through escrows where the developer went bankrupt, advising me to back out even when they sellers were trying to sweet-​talk us with a line of credit. He is good at negotiating offers down and getting the best bang-​for-​your-​buck when talking to sellers, whether it be the offer price or maybe upgrades/​fixes noted from your inspection. His expertise and knowledge in real estate and home-​ownership in general will help you greatly especially if this is your first home purchase. Little things like the caulking used in restrooms, the different materials of your floor/​kitchen/​bathroom, what to expect from the HOA, how to decode the 100+ page contract, Arbi will help you translate everything you don’t know about your prospective home.
When I found properties I disliked, he’ll still tell me the positive aspects of the property I might be overlooking. When I found properties I did like, he’ll still give me the negative aspects of the property I might be overlooking. He never hid any information from me just to get a sale, so he gained my trust, and I hope he gains yours as well.

After just three weeks of having met Arbi for the first time, we had our house on the market and were choosing amongst multiple offers a couple of days after. Escrow came and went so seamlessly… plus, we were able to sell above the asking price.
Arbi was quick and responsive to all of our questions and requests. There is no such thing as receiving special treatment from him because, well, he would make everyone feel like his special client!

We needed to upsize and weren’t sure how we would sell our home while at the same time have our offer accepted on the home of our dreams because we needed the proceeds of our current home as a part of the down payment for our new house. Arbi immediately came in and created a customized game plan that perfectly fit our timelines and needs. With his aggressive system of marketing, we received an offer on our property by highly qualified buyers which agreed to wait so that we can purchase and close escrow on our new home. Arbi was able to find the home of our dreams and had our offer accepted all within a reasonable timeframe. He was also able to carefully negotiate a substantial price reduction for minor issues and eventually closed escrow.

He is an outstanding realtor. Every promise he made to me since the first day we talked, he kept. His determination to get the job done and confidence in his skills are truly some of his most contagious qualities.

I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and Arbi had the only access to the other set of keys. But one call to Arbi, and within 15 minutes, he was unlocking the keys so that I could have.

I was introduced to Arbi through an associate to help me sell my place in Burbank. I had previously worked with another real estate agent but wasn’t content with her soft, non-​aggressive approach.
