Great shop! I got my soon-​to-​be fiancé’s engagement ring from here and couldn’t be happier with it. Ozzie took care of everything thoroughly and explained every detail of the process. He found an amazing diamond for the center stone and they even custom made the ring to the exact specs I showed him. The price was perfect and the ring was perfect! I’ll definitely be back for any other jewelry need!

I entered the door and they buzzed me in. They greeted me and didn’t ask how they could help me but instead I had to say what I wanted. So I approached the desk. The lady that helped me was very nice. She was helpful but I felt uneasy about the place. I felt like the scale could have been off or maybe they were down playing the jewelery I had. I looked at the going rate for gold and they knocked off 2 dollars. I felt like she was possibly persuading me that this is the process everywhere. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.

OMG! I cannot say enough about this place. Ozat is wonderful. Absolutely charming and very honest and informative about the selling and buying process of gold and jewelry. I came in to sell some family jewelry that was not my style. It was a difficult process but he helped me feel at ease and even got me to smile and laugh. I left with a beautiful diamond ring that I wear every day in memory of my mother. I even went back to purchase another ring the next week. He can design anything you want as well. Highly recommend. Just a lovely family man. with a heart of gold!!!

I went there to cash in on some old necklaces… They wanted to give me 2400.00 for my gold. After I told him I was offered more he told me I t was impossible. I eventually went to the jewelry mart in Glendale where I got 3400.00. I cant recommend this place. Plus I have a feeling the scales are off.
