They never mayo the bread properly and always screw up my order. not freaky fast at all. I get oven baked sandwiches faster from dominos which is a block south.

Meh, this JJ is okay. It doesn’t appear to be busy at peak times (lunch); extra staff were just chilling on counters behind the food prep area.
Service was quick. They don’t carry sprouts at this location (gahhhh!), and they barely put any avocado spread on my sammy (double gahhhh)!
The bathroom seemed clean but has a gross smell, so I advise you to skip it and maybe head next door to Jewel.

Very surprised at some of the comments I have read for this location. I guess the employees are a little low energy. The other locations have the people on overdrive and the adrenaline flowing. But that is not a big deal. This location is huge inside and that is a big plus for me. Most other locations are so small and cramped its not as enjoyable to eat at. The food was fresh and well prepared. This location does not offer sprouts however and that in itself may cause me to not return. Other than that this is a good place and well worth the trip! By the way my favorite is the #12. Yum!

The food was okay. Place was OK.
But the workers there are usually always UNenthusiastic and it seems like someone just died every time you go in there. No one even says hello when you enter the restaurant. Don’t try to cheer these guys up, they won’t have it. Don’t eat there because it will be awkward.

Well… this location sure has changed since my last review! I absolutely hate going in there now. The staff seem completely uninterested and bored. One of them actually dumped all of his work problems on me one night — complaining about his shift, customers, his boss. Very aggressively, I might add. It was weird and I couldn’t wait to get the heck out of there. I don’t think I’ll be going back anymore now that there is a Jersey Mike’s down the road.

I ordered a sub and chips online. Both very good but what I’m most content with, was the delivery. Not only did the delivery guy show up within 10 minutes but he ran to my doorstep and was very nice and polite. He sprinted back to his car after a very brief conversation and drove off. It’s nice to see that he actually tries his hardest to make fast deliveries. Other places i usually order delivery from take 50 – 60 minutes to deliver after placing my order. Jimmy Johns came in a solid 10. I didn’t quite catch his name but he has a beard and he told me he was 25. He definitely deserves a raise or a bonus. I felt bad that i didn’t give him a good enough tip for his services so this will do until next time. i’d recommend Jimmy John’s.

This Jimmy Johns needs to get the playbook from Jersey Mike’s, where the customers are always treated well. This particular JimmyJohns had no clue how to treat customers. We arrived there & waited 4 or 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When the one male worker finally saw us, he motioned with his head & simply grunted. As to what that was supposed to mean, I have no clue. What he didn’t do was ask us for our order. We waited several more minutes not being acknowledged & finally decided to leave. By the way, there was no one else in line. As we started to leave, some young girl walked up to the counter & asked if we wanted anything. This was ten minutes after we arrived & did I mention there was no one else waiting. As we began to give our order, the young lady was curt, rude and downright disrespectful & seemed annoyed that she had to work the the counter. The sandwiches were good, but I would never return to a place where the employees treat customers with such shallow and indifferent disregard. There are plenty of other great sandwich spots.

What. Is. happening? I put in an online order 1 hour and 5 minutes ago. I got the confirmation right away, and waited… waited 40 minutes and called asking to make sure they got it, they said «Yes, the driver is on his way. Sorry for the wait…» That was a half an hour ago. Subs so fast you Freak!!! Right! In case the manager is wondering what happened, or thinks this is a bogus review… I ordered at 5:23. My order number was confirmed as 103 908 280. It is now 6:31 and I am waiting for my order. I have to leave for somewhere in a half an hour. Hope it makes it. If it doesn’t I’ll be sure to update this review… but having that info should help you know which of your drivers takes over an hour to deliver a sandwich a few blocks away. WOW.

I eat jimmy john sandwichs all the time since I am traveller and it is comfortable place to eat without troubles. I like this place very much and always eat here.

Just left there for lunch. Ordered a veggie on whole wheat, easy mayo. After biting into the sandwich I noticed it tasted very bland and dry. Noticed that there didn’t seem to be much avocado spread on it. Too bad because that is what makes the sandwich so good. When I told the gentleman behind the counter he said sure it’s right there in between the cheese slices. It seems I had failed to look close enough. There clearly was a «small» dab between the slices. I didn’t realize there was an avocado supply shortage! The gentleman went back to his sandwich making and didn’t seem concerned that my sandwich was not to my liking so I promptly dumped it in the trash and walked out. The sandwich is expensive enough ts warrant a bit more spread.
I was disappointed since I come here often for lunch but if an employee is not concerned about his customers then I will have to find a new place for sandwiches. I am sure here are better, cheaper sandwiches places out there deserving of my dollar. I will not return here, they obviously don’t want my business.
And their soda machine had flat pop.

Have ordered on-​line 4 – 5 times (2 – 4 sandwiches each time) and the only thing that was not accurate was cutting the sandwich in half. These orders have added extra, added additional, and removed items. This is consistently more accurate than the local Mc D’s has been when ordering by number and no adjustments. In addition the order has normally been here freaky fast as they say in their commercial (15 — 20 minutes).

This place is much improved since my last review. First of all, they can’t overuse sprouts anymore because they don’t have sprouts anymore (yay)! Also, the friendliness of the staff has improved immensely. Nice job, JJ’s!

Honestly really like Jimmy Johns but hate the ridiculously loud, horrible music they constantly play in every JJ’s I’ve ever been to. this location was the worst.
And they should train their staff on how to make one of their signature sandwiches. The veggie unwich I got today was like eating a salad with my hands and had only a drop of avocado, 3 slices of cucumber and tons of mayo (when I ordered easy mayo). This location needs some help.

My husband had a ham and cheese slim last week and loved it but thought it could have used more ham on it
they sell day old bread in the mornings for like .25-.50 great to use at home, they also sell fresh bread but the price is more
everytime I am in here it is clean and the staff is friendly

Ordered 2 sandwiches, chips, and a drink for delivery. It came about 20 mins after I put the order in. It was a lil bit after lunch time but I would say they are very attentive.
