The provider came by, gave me a quote. I called MISS Utility to get the area marked and I called them to have the tree removed. They kept saying they would show up but never did. When I called them, they said they would send the crew when they had some time because it was a «small job». They didn’t show up. I called again and they said Saturday. They never showed up. I called again. They said within the next week. They never showed up. I called again, they said Monday 8−830am. I stayed home from work. They never showed up. I called and was told the crew was at another job. I also let them know that it was crucial I get the tree removed today because other contractors are waiting for the tree to be removed to do their job. Because the tree was not removed now I have to cancel the other contractor and incur that cost. If you want a contractor that takes you seriously even for «small jobs» don’t go with this provider.
