Extremely rude. They try to add fees for every possible reason and lie about everything. Get away from them!

Worst movers ever! Guys extremely rude. They charged us a lot more than it was agreed. It was really hard for us dealing with them. So disappointed.

Found these movers through a broker called First Call movers and had serious issues with the reality of the «binding» agreement quotes they use. They go over a detailed itemized list with you and tell you they charge you a third as an upfront deposit to secure your moving date, a third at pickup, and a third at delivery. Well, when they showed up, the drivers takes a look at the exact inventory on the signed list and says they need an additional $ 500 to do the pickup or else they will leave and take our entire $ 400+ deposit with them. After the pick-​up is paid for, the only contacts that are reachable are the Broker contacts. All pricing and delivery requests then have to be made/​confirmed with AllPoint’s dispatcher Tom, who is extremely difficult to reach, since both the broker agent and myself tried to reach them repeatedly for over a week. Josh is the only one from All Points who seems to be accessible on occasion, but regardless, before you put down any deposit for moving with them, think through and get every delivery date and exigency plans down and itemized or else you may veery well find your deposit $$ or goods held ransom to impromptu demands, restrictions and rate increases when you least expect. Still trying to get an resolution to additional tacked on charges…

STAY AWAY from this company! After the moving truck broke down during my initial move, the company stored my stuff but only in their warehouse in New Jersey not at a warehouse that was close to my final destination. After establishing a delivery date beforehand, the week of the move I was told that the deliver date is never guaranteed which was never discussed in previous conversations. In trying to reach a reasonable resolution with the manager, he became obstinate, inflexible and resorted to unprofessional personal attacks and even hung up on me. The company repeatedly delayed the date of delivery. On the date of delivery I was slapped with another surprise $ 200 charge which had to be paid in full before my stuff was unloaded to carry my things long distance since the truck was unable to pull up next to my apartment. In short the staff are rude, unprofessional and are only out for your money! DO NOT use them!
