I like the location, convenient for me to stop by before work. Sometimes early in the morning when it’s busier the parking is bad! Other then that they have fast service, especially when I’m running late and need coffee or a sandwich!

Three stars based solely on the location and convenience. With the recent travel mug deals, I get $ 1.05 refills which is great. However, you’d think the employees there would prepare the coffee in a separate cup and pour it into the travel mug. Time after time I’m given a mug full of iced coffee without it being mixed. Cream and flavor at the bottom and coffee on the top. I have to shake it to combine the coffee and cream which gets messy because of the tiny hole in the lid. The location in Philly at Morrell plaza does it the right way by preparing the iced coffee in their OWN cup and then they pour it into your travel mug when you get to the window. Just a better way to do it do the customers aren’t left with having a messy job on their hands.
