I called this place when I was getting a home inspection for the home I was going to buy. There is a crack that needed to be fixed and the crawlspace needs to be encapsulated. I was hoping to get someone to come out and give me an estimate on the work. I was told they would not come out unless I owned the home. While I don’t agree with this policy I understand it. Therefore, now that I own the home I called back to schedule an appointment to get an estimate as the work still needs to be completed. However, the woman on the phone was trying to just give me an estimate over the phone. I practically had to beg her to get someone to come out.
1) I would never hire a company that refused to come and and give me an estimate based on actually looking at the scope of work.
2) Your employees should understand the meaning of the word erosion. As I explained that we had dirt eroding away in the crawl space and would like to find the cause. The woman on the phone said she didn’t understand what I was saying.
3) I was willing to let all of this pass until I got a call confirming an appointment «window». I was originally told someone would be out at a specific time, a window of time is not acceptable unless you tell me from the beginning.
I am not interested in giving my hard earned money to a company I need to beg to come out, doesn’t understand the meaning of industry words and cannot give me an actual appointment time.

I had concrete crawlspaces corp do my crawl space last winter, they came in during the cold of winter, snow piled up everywhere, and I worried about how the job was going to get done in those conditions, George Colucci assured me there would be no problems.
George was right, they came in one day, cleaned and leveled the crawl, then came another day to pour the concrete. I was amazed that such a big job was done in 2 days, (the insulation of the side walls came a couple weeks later). They left the house just a clean as it was when they arrived.
What a difference it made, my crawl was always in the 60’s during the winter, last winter it was in the 70’s. My heat is on one side of the house, and the bedrooms always had a chill, and now they are comfortable, along with the rest of the house.
It was well worth the cost of doing the crawl, and I should recoup most of the cost in energy savings, but having a house that is comfortable to live in all year, is priceless.
I waited to see how it worked out for 3 seasons before I wrote this review, and have not once regretted having the crawl space done by Concrete Crawlspaces Corp.

After experiencing a flooded basement three times this summer, I decided to get some quotes to address the issue. First place gave me a quote over the phone between $ 2,500 — $ 7,000. Second firm came to my house and quickly quoted $ 5,000. Jimmy from Concrete Crawlspace was the 3^rd to have a look and took the most time to inspect my basement and ask questions. He quickly noticed two caps on my sewer line in need of replacement, and suggested before I agree to work costing thousands, I spend $ 10 for new test plugs. Done! Time will tell if I need additional work, but I appreciate the honesty!

All aspects of our experience were excellent. Appointment was made a few weeks in advance and they arrived on the day on time. Diagnosis was quick and repair executed immediately. Cost was reasonable for work done. All in all, exactly how you want it to go down. It’s never fun to find this type of problem but thank goodness guys like this are around.

We bought our house in March of 2013, and 5 weeks later there was a big storm, so we knew we had to get our crawlspace concreted and waterproofed. Although we had been scammed by another local man, that was actually a referal through two woman at my corprate office. The man and his company took a turn for the worse and did a fraction of what we paid him to do and he never returned. After going through that horrible experience, I was very lery to use another company to finish the job that desperately needed to be finished. I contacted Concrete Crawlspaces, they were on Angie’s List and Great ratings with the BBB. We hired them, they came out, gave us a great quote and finished the job that needed to be done. They were very nice, proffessional, fast and efficient. Definitly use them if you need work done on your home. Im hiring them soon to finish the job with doing the foam insulation, to warm up my home.

We purchased an older home that had extensive water damage in the basement. Both to the flooring and walls. Brian had Jimmy out for an estimate within one week and work completed two weeks after our initial appointment. I’d put these guys up against all the other companies you’ll find in Google search, Unilocal,etc. They are very professional and provided excellent service at an awesome price. I would highly recommend them for your waterproofing needs.

Let me start by saying we went to Concrete Crawlspaces Corp because 11 yrs ago we had Perma Seal work on our basement. Apparently their «lifetime guarantee» is only good for 10 yrs so the work they did in our basement was «no longer under warranty». Really? AMAZING!
Enter Concrete Crawlspaces Corp to save the day. The appointment taker was professional, courteous and booked our appointment for the next day. The technician was on time, professional and was very careful to not track dirt into my house AND more importantly was careful not to let any of my animals sneak out the door. The work was quick, professionally done and very reasonably priced.

George explained everything, was reasonably priced even when we ran into unexpected issues. The crew worked very hard in difficult conditions and were all professional.

Had a crawlspace done by these guys back in 2007. They did a great job and the crawlspace still looks great today. The size of the project was about 500 square feet. (½ basement ½ crawl)
Radon was one of my main concerns and a a definite push to get the concrete. Concrete Crawlspaces installed some pvc pipe under the concrete and capped it off in case I had to hook a fan to it in the future. The radon level in my home was reduced from 14.3 to 4.0 (which is safe) just by the concrete alone. Wanting a lower level still, I went ahead and hooked the fan up and ventilated it out of my roof. The level in my house is now only 0.9
They did a great job, were very professional, reduced the radon level in my home, and now I have a nice huge storage space.

Steve from Concrete Crawlspaces and his team did an amazing job with getting rid of the awful crawlspaces at my home. Very highly recommended for integrity quality of work!
