I absolutely love Dr. Nicholas and her team. And this is coming from a woman who hates going to the dentist (I seriously dread it, always have, always will). But I have been going here for probably 4 years now and I have never once had a bad experience. They are kind, competent, funny and thorough. I have never been forced to wait much at all, and at times I’ve even had Dr. Nicholas clean my teeth, which is kind of amazing because I’ve never seen a dentist do this; it’s nearly always the hygienists. Anyway, I have lived in Oak Park now for 3 years and I still go here. It’s worth going out of my way. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nicholas is an artist! So accurate and communicates very clearly what she is doing putting you at ease. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friendly, no nonsense dentist with tremendous experience… look no further!

Great dentist! It’s her practice and she is the only dentist there. There is a small waiting area outside the offices with toys and magazines and a door that shuts to keep in those roving kids!
We’ve been seeing her for many years and my whole family is pleased with her. She isn’t quick to jump the gun on things, she is open to waiting and seeing what happens. My oldest needs braces and we know that, but she has recommended waiting to avoid problems. Not many dentists do that.
She also has little extras like giving the kids sunglasses to wear so the light isn’t in their eyes or giving you a walkman to listen to so you don’t hear the drilling.
Her staff is very accommodating as far as appointment times go and they are always courteous on the phone.
I HATE going to the dentist, but she makes it a tolerable experience which isn’t easy to do.
