Deserves 0 stars. Total bill of 212.55 to unlock my front door? Took all of 3 minutes for him to unlock it. When I was told on the phone it would cost 55 dollars. The locksmith also was a total creep and said he would pay big money if me, or someone I knew would marry him so he could get his papers. I will be contacting BBB!

If I could rate this less than 1 star I would. Had the worse experience ever last night. My daughter locked her keys in her car. I decided to call this company because of the low price that was advertised. When I called the man quoted $ 55, which I thought was a good price. I told him I would call him back because I wanted to compare other prices. Someone called me 5 minutes later asking me what price the 1st person had quoted me. I thought that was weird but gave him the price I was quoted then we hung up. About 2 minutes later he texted me saying he can do it for $ 20. I replied his text telling him I would let him know. About an hour later I asked him if we can schedule an appointment for the following day since it was 10p already by this time. He replied by text saying«I can come now for free». I replied«for free?». He said«it depends», followed by a happy face emoji. I was shocked he even said that!!! I replied with«never mind thank you». He never replied after that. How unprofessional is that and creepy to say the least? Never will I call this company again. It scares me to think what would of happened if he would of helped me earlier in the day? STILLSHOCKED!!!

Advertises prices starting at $ 29 but locksmith who arrived at my apartment told me its $ 165 always. I Didn’t argue with him because I needed to get in but $ 29 is nowhere in the ballpark of $ 165…plus he added a $ 25 service fee on top of the $ 165 that he didn’t mention at all. After he handed me the receipt and left I saw the service charge was added to my receipt without my consent. *the number I called was a 773 Chicago but is same website/company Don’t get scammed by false advertising and dishonest business, call elsewhere!

The website says they’ll unlock a car for $ 29, they said someone would come out in 20 minutes, it took 50 minutes and two phone calls. When the guy came he said it would be a hard job and it would be $ 90. We balked and talked him down to $ 60 — he used two balloons and a switch stick to unlock the car in 10 minutes — hard job my A$$. It looked like we just hired an off duty car thief. We got ripped off, call anyone but these guys.

It was 10:30pm and I was locked out of my apartment(not the building). I called this locksmith and one of their reps told me they are sending someone out and they’ll arrive shortly. I waited an hour and called them back for an ETA. I spoke to another rep who told me they are going to call my technician to see when they’ll arrive. I was on hold for another 10 minutes. Then a different person picked up. I had to provide my info all over again. Turns out that no technician was coming out to my apartment. I wasted an hour of my time and my phone battery was about to die. I asked why nobody contacted me and he said they were calling technicians for my area but it just so happened that they were all unavailable as soon as I called. I was pretty upset to say the least. I ended up having to wait another 40 minutes for my friend to pick me up so I have somewhere to stay. This company is trash and I don’t recommend it.

I called this company because the website says $ 29 for residential lockouts and I thought, wow this is great! When I spoke to someone on the phone, they quoted me a different estimate if $ 36 which I was still okay with. So the guy shows up and proceeds to tell me that it’s going to cost me $ 159! And if he can’t get in he will have to drill the locks, ruining the whole door knob. I called my husband who said just tell them to forget it because of the huge price difference but as soon as I hung up and was about to tell the guy, he opened the door! I paid him and called into the company to talk to a manager but the manager was«out of town.» I never got a call back either. This is totally bad business. It makes me feel like the company took advantage of me because I’m a woman and live in a nice house so they can just up the price. It’s ridiculous! My advice is not to use this company!
