Since when do they charge extra for whip cream on a coffee coolatta? All the other dunkin donuts I go to never charge extra for whipped cream. I’m disappointed after ordering 3 large drinks plus large latte.

So this is a great place to have donuts and is open 24 hours so that makes it way better. And usually i get what i want from here most things are available. It’s definable woth trying if you like dunkin. The new lattes are really good as well like the sugar cookie and snicker doodles.

Open 24 hours. Nice. A smile and a greeting. Nice. Fresh cinnamon donut. Nice. Perfect Beverage. Nice. This is a really nice Dunkin Donuts! It’s clean. The employees know how to prepare wrap and bag breakfast food.(I know. Seems like a no brainer but it’s not!) there is consistency in the quality of the food. If you’re in Glen Cove, give it a try. During off hours there is not a big line and parking is easy. During peak hours the parking becomes more difficult but the line moves. Hey, who hasn’t stood on a Starbucks line for ten minutes??? It’s attached to a Baskin Robbins which is good to remember but that closes and isn’t open round the clock. Time for some donuts to go!

It feels a little strange to give a Dunkin such a high rating, but I seriously feel the need to applaud this particular storefront. First, I noticed that they consistently slice my breakfast sandwich in half before they wrap it. This means that I can easily pick up half of it with one hand while driving to work instead of trying to juggle a whole sandwich and either making a mess or driving with my knees(yes, yes, I realize that I shouldn’t even be doing that, but you’re no angel either, are you?). Second, a new surprise this summer, they make iced coffee the correct way. That is, they mix your sugar with a little hot coffee first, to dissolve it, and THEN add in ice and iced coffee. No bitter coffee on top, pile of granulated sugar at the bottom. Just a correctly mixed iced coffee that all of the employees have down pat. Lastly, all the employees tend to be smiley and cheerful. It’s so much nicer to have a cheerful interaction first thing in the morning than a dead, zombie-like one. So thank you, random DD I visit once a week, you make me very happy.

As for the dunkin donuts part, pretty standard, service is good, people are friendly, I would recommend it. The problem with this establishment is their Baskin Robbins. I have never seen such ineptitude from a corporate business before. First, whenever I have gone there, they are out of anything that is not ice cream(i.e., brownies). Second, they close at 10pm, when it is a 24-Hour place. It is baffling why you would close Baskin Robbins when there is no additional costs to keeping it open. Pure stupidity, either on the workers’ parts, or the owner if he sanctions this.

I have learned to avoid this DD like the plague. The service is awful, the donuts(when they have them) are usually stale, and though it’s within walking distance of my house, I now drive 2 towns away for munchkins.

Who can say anything bad about a Dunkin Donuts? Maybe if you’re from New Jersey… Anyway, this DD in GC was my first stop when I got back to the hometown. The iced coffee was good so I can’t complain, but since when did a medium iced coffee become $ 3? Service was alright, just a long line at the Baskin Robbins part of the store that blocked everything else. Parking was a pain, but it was Friday night and apparently it was the local hang out for all the oldies in GC… which I was shocked about. Usually it’s the high school kids in there causing a ruckus. The place is 24 hours, so come anytime.
