Wow!!! This is unbelievable, I use to be a GC resident and think so highly of this place but my friends have warned me not to order from them, I do a little research and find nothing but horror stories about this flower shop, for the amount of $$ I was about to spend, NO THANK YOU!

I didn’t usually order flowers, but after my friend gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Capobianco florist, I was hooked.
Now everyone in my family and appreciated friends get a bouquet of flowers for their birthdays from this wonderful place. I just make a call tell them my budget and don’t even have to explain myself, Katerina, the owner does a wonderful job each and every time. It is very nice to have that kind of trust. I have not been dissatisfied. I highly recommend this place.

Decent place. A little overpriced in my opinion. I paid $ 95 dollars for a dozen roses. I usually get them for $ 25, max $ 50. But $ 95 is a little steep!

I would have give. 0 Stars if possible. Ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for my fiancé from here. I was charged instantly. On V-​Day, the flowers never arrived even though my fiancé’s office is in the same town. When I spoke with the manager/​owner ‘Katarina’(?) she told me that they did not charge me, it was not her problem and she hung up the phone on me. Could not even believe how rude she was.
Now I have to deal with my credit card company to block this charge which only adds to this headache. There are plenty of other florists out there, avoid this place like the plague. You’ve been warned.

Capobianco’s did an unbelievable job with my wedding flowers. I was a little vague in my description and nervous I wasn’t explaining my idea well enough, but I was overwhelmingly satisfied with the flowers Katarina arranged. Whole-​heartedly recommend them!

I recently needed to send a hospitality gift to my finace’s mother for putting us up in NY. I live in SF and have always been wary of flower arrangements that I cannot approve myself. Also, I often wonder if flowers even get delivered half the time. Anyway, I called Capobianco’s because it was fairly close to the recipient’s house. It was about a four minute conversation, which made me a little nervous. But, my worries were put to rest when I received not one, but THREE phone calls from my fiances mother saying how beautiful the arrangement was and how it lasted forever. And, it really wasn’t that expensive considering the size and quality of the arrangement. Highly recommend Capobianco’s. Talk to Katarina – she apparently hooks you up.
