Black Forest Auto Works

These guys did a very nice job getting the dings, scapes and dents out of my Mom’s Mercedes ML350. The car had no hideous defects, just a bunch of the kind of war wounds that one gets driving all over suburbia every day. They used to be one of the (if not just «the») auto body shops used by the big local Mercedes dealer, which is a testament to their quality. The dealer however decided to open its own off-​premises body shop a few years ago and thus took away a bunch of their business. I thought the price that they quoted for the work was significant, but the car owner/​mother was determined to use these guys because of their reputation for quality and sense that they would treat her right. When the car came back, there’s no question that they put a lot of work in to make it really look good. It appears that they repainted several sections, although it is hard to tell because there is no obvious difference in paint color or texture. I don’t know what they did to get the dings and scrapes out of the bumper, but they did. If you didn’t know it was a six year old car, you would think it was much, much newer. The exterior is essentially-​flawless, at least to my eye. The bottom line is that the car owner paid for the best-​quality work and appears to have received it.

Brian is the best. I recently got into a car accident in Glen cove, not only did he put me at ease he made the entire process go smoothly. Within minutes he helped me with the painful process of calling the insurance company (would never have known what to do without him) and a car rental was at his place within minutes. I got my car back quicker then I thought and in beAutiful condition, you would never know that it had do much damage. thank you at as in Brian. I will definitely recommend black forest ty o to anyone.
