Okay, I get it. It’s a car repair facility. It’s a necessary evil, but that doesn’t mean that all car guys are bad. I’ve been going to this place for a couple years off and on, (since I’m further away from my old car guys) and I find the guys to be friendly and helpful and patient with me if I tell them that I’ll take care of some issues on my own or if I need to come back for additional advice etc. It also doesn’t hurt to check online for special deals for services. We took two cars there to have flat tires repaired, & we found online coupons that made the service free. Yay!¡

Greg the service manager was easy to work with. He was not pushy and did not hassle me to get anything outside of what I wanted done. I went for an oil change about a month ago and while I was there I got a estimate to replace my rear brakes. About 3 days after the oil change I received a 20% off coupon in the mail for brake service. I returned about 3 weeks after the oil changed and had my rear brakes replaced. From the service manager down the techs everyone seemed to have positive attitude and was very polite. I was informed that my front tires also needed to be replaced and if I get another 10%-20% off coupon in the mail I plan on going back soon for new tires.

No issues. Fast friendly cheap. Will be back,… took time to show and explain some concerns with my car. They didn’t just tell me… they showed me… earned my trust. Ill be back for the repairs. Even offered me to shop around… cause they were confident they were the cheapest in town…

I am not a «car guy», I leave this up to people who are supposed to be the experts. My car was overheating, and I took it to this store. I was told I needed to replace the fan assembly at a cost of 650.00. I couldn’t afford 650.00 at that moment, so I called a friend of mine who is a mechinic by hobby not school. I went out bought the part and he was going to put it in for me, saving the 350.00 labor charge. I got the part, but before he put it in, he checked the thermostat. As it turns out A 20.00 PART WAS THE PROBLEM! So either their trained mechanics don’t know what they are doing, or they were trying to get over on me due to my lack of car knowledge! EITHER WAY, I WOULDN’T TAKE MY CAR THERE FOR THEM TO PUT AIR IN MY TIRES IN THE FUTURE. Also, they charges me 80.00 to diagnos the problem. Total rip off!!!

This place is suffering since they let the female manager (Dawn) leave to move on to another job.
I was recently over charged for a brake job, and charged TWO of those BULL SHIT shop fees. Thankfully the managers of each store do not seem to get along and there must be a ton of competition between stores because the Manager of the Mr. Tire in another location called the Glen Burnie Mr. Tire and obtained a copy of my invoice and forced the Glen Burnie shop to refund me the incorrect charges.
Not only did I get the refund I also got a letter of apology in the mail from corporate!
The manager at the other shop has earned my business — until his guys blow it or he leaves his position.

I had gone here once before because the staff seemed helpful enough when I had a tire that needed replacing. They had even offered a discount for the tire. So when I went back to have the front end done, they seemed nice enough again. Even though they charged me $ 2,300 to have the front end done I still trusted them. Big mistake.
When I got it back it was making a horrible vibrating noise and it felt like it was going to fall apart! I take it back there the next morning and I found out the mechanics had reset the axle incorrectly!!! I talked to their manager, guy named Lance who was totally rude and ignorant the entire time. He tried to blame the noise on a loose debris shield. Yeah right… I am so done with this place and anyone in Glen Burnie should heed my warning – do NOT go here even for an oil change!
