Mens Wearhouse and Tux

Steve Greenberg represents Customer Service at it’s finest. I went to another local Men’s Warehouse for a tuxedo rental and the service was nonexistent. When I called Steve’s Beltway Crossing location, Steve sprung into action, apologized profusely, and immediately corrected the issue. Steve is knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. Everyone in the Baltimore/​Washington area should do themselves a favor and work with Steve!

On Saturday, I drove two hours to Elkridge, MD from Philadelphia for a 5:00 wedding ceremony. At 3:15, at my hotel, I realized I had forgotten my suit at home (I know, the one thing everyone is supposed to remember to bring for a wedding). Frantic, I Googled the nearest Men’s Wearhouse and saw this one was nearby. I literally brought my entire bag of clothes into the store like an insane person and explained my situation. The store manager, Steve Greenberg, sprung into action and made my problem his. He took all my measurements and showed me the selection of jackets and pants he had available. The suit I chose was a style I had actually wanted for a while, and although I had previously had no intention of buying said suit that weekend, was extremely happy with it. Steve made all the alterations to the pants right there while I got changed in the dressing room for the wedding. After all was said and done, I got to the ceremony 15 minutes early and beat all my friends there. It was a truly wild experience, but there is no way I could have done it without Steve. Thanks to the Men’s Wearhouse team of Glen Burnie for working a miracle!

Steve was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We had heard that Men’s Wearhouse can be a very salesy pressury experience but Steve was laid back and professional throughout. Even when it became clear that we may not find what we are looking for in terms of the groom’s tux at men’s wearhouse — Steve helped brainstorm with the groom and bride on places to find a navy blue tux (a rare find it seems!) and even gently told the groom not to compromise when the groom started looking at black tuxes instead. Definitely recommend!

Talk about great customer service!!! I am a BIG guy and I knew getting a tux would be interesting. The initial fit was not good but Steve Greenbergaltered my shirt, vest, and tie for me and I couldnt be happier! Thank you Steve now I wont be quite as embarrassed at the wedding.

I stopped in to Men’s Wearhouse in Glen Burnie to purchase a new tuxedo, and was assisted by Steve Greenberg. Steve could tell that I wasn’t satisfied with what Men’s Wearhouse had to offer. Rather than try to convince me to buy something that I wouldn’t be happy with, Steve referred me to a specialty tuxedo shop, and even made a personal phone call to the shop to make sure they had what I was looking for.

I used Men’s Wearhouse for my tux and my groomsmen’s tuxes and we could not be any happier. Lisa helped us, and she did an AMAZING job. She was very professional and explained everything to us since we really did not know what we were doing. I would DEFINITELY recommend her services to anyone looking to rent tuxes!
