Dr Chimene Liburd MD

DO NOT RECCOMEND! I have never seen her at her Glen Burnie office, and actually, although I was a patient at her Crofton office. I never saw her there either! The only times I ever went I saw other available providers, bc Dr Liburd was never available. However, the reason she is getting only 1 star is because of the RIDICULOUS fees they tag on if you cancel an appointment. I had an appt at 4pm on a Monday. I was out of town and realized over the weekend that I was not going to make it back in time for my appt. Realizing that the office is closed on wknds, I waited and called to cancel at 9 AM MONDAY MORNING… but because I didnt call 24 hours ahead of time, they charged me a 25 DOLLAR FEE!!! Are you freaking kidding me!!! And, the receptionist was very nice and very apologetic and explained that this was DR LIBURD’s policy and that she would not even speak to any patient about it. RIDICULOUS!!! I called first thing when the office opened. THEY WERE NOT OPEN 24 HOURS BEFORE MY APPT! I asked what they would have had me do differently… and she had the nerve to say that I should have called Sunday evening and left a voice mail. Then I could have avoided the 24 hour policy cancellation fee. GIVE ME A BREAK!
Needless to say, she is not my PCP anymore!
