Just met Robert, the new owner/franchisee, — real nice guy. He says the store is getting revamped in the next couple months. The chip payment system will be online by April and I didn’t have a chance to test if Apple Pay works this time around. I’ll be checking back and editing my review as I see progress. Great to see this place getting an upgrade! Update: Apple Pay works! And the renovations are progressing great!

Great service, and very convenient. Had to make a number of copies and send out a package. The owner was very helpful, and took care of us in a timely manner. I will definitely go here again.

Convenient, reliable, and incredible service! I have used both their FedEx and UPS delivery services and they had all of the supplies I needed without going across town. The new owner Rob is very helpful and I’m excited to see all of the new changes that he is planning!

I’d rate this 0 stars if I could. What a circus act! I’ve gotten more help from cheese grater on a rainy day than the little Kim Jong PostNet-tyrant behind the counter. Trying to track down a missing package is a NIGHTMARE. The owner hung up on me twice after telling me that«it doesn’t make sense to help you» and that he had«more important customers» than myself. At least with Comcast, I can drown my misery with 500+ channels and HBO on demand. But with PostNet — I have no choice but to go to the… the…the POSTOFFICE! Thanks for nothing, Juno!

I’d rate this guy with zero stars if I could. This guy is a total rip off! The owner I mean. I went in to get a passport photo taken… so… it turns out that he messes up the first and then asks if I want to take another one, so I say yes. Well at the very end of the transaction, he ends up charging me for both!!! Even after I pleaded with him to not charge me for the first one. I only ended up paying for both because he threatened to call the police on me. I could have stuck for the police to come by if I had more time… To top it all of, his photos aren’t very professional. He uses aged technology and takes a larger photo and then cuts it to size, which is very unprofessional compared to most of your CVS or Walgreens’ like places that could do a much better job for a couple of bucks cheaper. The worst part is, that when I went in to this shop, I thought to myself that«I should really try to support this independent owner», but after my experience I know that I will never go back to this guy for anything. I’d encourage you to go somewhere else.
