I would never recommend this office to my worst enemy … The office manager is a total nightmare … I was in tears and then was kicked out of the office for answering my phone to speak with my mother about her helping me pay because me not having insurance was a serious issue for them. I was threatened with cost repeatedly… After speaking with my mother I was told I missed my appointment… The oh so professional office manager said «we don’t see people like you here» and then called me a 28 year old «half wit»…Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been — you should never ever ever leave a doctors office in tears with out even being seen by the doctor!

When you call there is an automated message that says the phone number has been temporarily disconnected. Does anyone know if this place is still open? Did they not pay their phone bill? Seems sketchy.

I was in the office in January 2015. The office staff is now courteous, friendly, and efficient. I was shown to an exam room a few minutes before my scheduled appointment with Dr. Aiudi and she saw me minutes later. She quickly diagnosed my issue and also noticed some other issues and took care of them on the spot. This office staff and Dr.‘s Aiudi and Benedetto are running a top notch practice.

Although the dr came reccommended, I have decided to find a new practice due to the rudeness of the lady taking my information over the phone. As a new patient, this is not the first impression I was expecting. The entire conversation was very unprofessional.
