Hide Out Bar and Grill

This place is a DIVE Bar!!! Only Bud light on draught, but the food is pretty good and the staff are great! If you are looking for a low key spot with occasional live music, this is a cool place. Dress Down:-)

They aren’t kidding about the name. I had never noticed this bar before until a friend showed it to me. Even now that I know about it, I still don’t see it driving by.
The bar is located at the far end of a strip mall on the west side of North Oak. The strip mall runs perpendicular to the road and is obscured by other buildings, making the bar nearly impossible to see while driving by.
It’s pretty typical for a suburban strip mall bar. However one thing isn’t typical — the friendliness. Usually when a suburban strip mall bar is busy you’re just an anonymous face in the crowd. However something about this bar is different — people talk to you and welcome you in. It’s probably because its seclusion has allowed the regulars to feel like family.
I don’t know what the schedule is, but the Hideout features karaōke and live blues acts.
