We got one meal plus extra sandwich of lesser price and extra cookies we wanted to use a coupon that subway send me in mail to buy any meal and get a free sandwich similar price or less. But they told us «No!» That only the 6″ even if no where on coupon does it give restrictions or size just buy one meal and get a sub equal price or less. Boo… That’s not how you advertise coupons be more specific subway.

Honestly I love subway and when I found out there was now a drive-thru in town I couldn’t wait to try it out. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. I have gone multiple times and each time have waited in the drive thru longer than 10 minutes at a time, you have to repeat yourself until you literally can say it in your sleep because the employees either can’t hear you or are just horrible at listening. One time I was there and was so frustrated because the employee was asking me 5 times to repeat myself then I get to the window and my orders wrong and she tried telling me I did not ask for the thing that was missing! Well Today, I went around 11:30am and same old story. We had ordered a foot long because we thought there wasn’t a deal for the particular sandwich, but then saw there was a deal for the 6 inch, literally a second later we say that we want to change the sandwich and to a 6 inch. The employee was rude and said«you can’t do that I already made the footlong.» I’m sorry… What? We were still ordering and gave her more than enough notice. I found it extremely rude she was going to tell a paying customer what they can and can not order. Bottom line the staff here is incompetent and the owner should really look into who he has representing his establishment because I will not be back. Such a bummer because I tried it out multiple times and each time sucked.

Drive through service was terrible. Sat there and waited forever and it wasn’t even busy inside. The lady didn’t listen and we had to repeat ourselves on what we wanted. Need to improve their drive through. The lady seemed like an airhead, to be honest.

Told us to wait a minute in the drive through and we waited 10. Pretty rude costumer service and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times… It is cool that they have a drive thru but they should actually act like they know how to have one. Then when we actually got the food they messed up our order… NOTCOMINGBACK.

This is the Subway that made me swear off Subway. Came here because I was traveling through — bad idea! Found a live ant in my sandwich and ended up throwing it away. If you are passing through Gilroy, go to Chipotle, Panera, Panda … whatever, or plan to eat before hand. I don’t recommend stopping here.

Almost certain they reuse the bread from previous day. Sometimes its soft moist and other times its hard, dry and flaky. Asked them and they insist its made fresh every day.

As Subway sandwich shops go, this one is tops. They did a great job preparing sandwiches, with fast service. It’s in an easy location, clean and well maintained. It’s one of the nicest shops around. Will definitely stop here the next time I’m in the area. Other Subways should look to this one as a model!

I love subway. Like, LOVE subway, always have… I was super stoked to see this one going in near where I live, AND the fact that it’s a drive thru. So my boyfriend and I went to try it today, and while we sat in our car when we pulled up we witnessed a woman get her toddler out of their car, and she went in with a diaper bag. okay, she was gonna go change the kids diaper in the restroom, but no, she wound up laying her little girl down on a dining table, and fully changed the kids diaper… I almost drove away. Did they really not say anything to the woman about changing her childs dirty diaper on one of their tables? We decided to go ahead on in, and just take our sandwiches to go. So, we go inside and ordered 2 footlong spicy italians. Ordered, told them what vegis, so on and so forth and I go to pay and the woman tells me it’s $ 12. So I pay, not really thinking about it, but then looked at the menu again, where it clearly says, «$ 5 footlongs» and listened under that is the spicy italian. When I asked about this, 2 employees, and 1 man who appeared to be the owner told me, «that is the price for the 6 inch»… it is clearly stated on both their menu for the $ 5 deals inside and on their window, that they offer the footlong spicy italian for $ 5. Again, they tried to tell me it was for the 6 inch. finally they agreed that they had the wrong sign up, and I was refunded my $ 2. Now, I am not one to rock the boat, but when I first mentioned it, I was just curious if I had misread the sign, but, when they tried to convince me I was wrong, when the sign clearly stated something different, I was kind of irritated. I work in retail and when something is signed wrong, we fix it for the customer then change the sign, the fact that I was argued with is just poor customer service, especially, when I was right.
