It’s organized yet chaotic in terms of the demand outweighs the supply or preparedness of the staff during the overwhelming amount of customers from the Gilroy Factory Outlets who opt out of standing in line at In n Out, and don’t feel like the dining process and time it takes to go to Appleby’s or Dennys, so come here. It took a good 15 – 20 minutes if not maybe even 30 minutes from standing in line to ordering to getting the food, during the Monday President’s Day Holiday around 1pm. My hindsight advice would be actually to jump into the drive through line, it’s an industry standard practice for fast food chains to put higher priority on the drive through line, to avoid bottle-neck traffic congestion and churn customers over quicker, where the indoor dining has captive prisoners… I mean, customers… who can, will and have to wait regardless on the sidelines, out of sight, out of mind and doesn’t disrupt the flow of business as much as the drive through. Overall ‘tho it’s not a bad place, it’s a good and better alternative than other food options in the area. I think instead of yet another shoe store or clothing outlet, this area is in dire need of some food/eateries which would do tremendous business. Expanding McDonald’s isn’t a bad idea either.

This is seriously the slowest McDonald’s ever. I might as well be in a restaurant. And honestly, even then it might be faster. This is pretty much the opposite of ‘fast’ food.

Worst McDonald’s ever, super rude Mexican woman working in there lock the door from inside, and won’t let people use bathrooms unless make purchase first. My 3 year old almost pee in the pant. I was planning to get dinner there but I will never eat McDonald’s ever again. To manager whom is reading this, you should fire that b-a-ch. my worst McD happened at 11÷25÷15, 5:15 pm. You know who is on shift.

Very impressed, my quarter pounder was photo like quality. I entered the drive thru at noon. And even though it was packed I moved through the line swiftly and I was impressed with all the smiles from the clerk. Great Job! Mike 11/11/2015

Correction: my review left the other day is not accurate for this location. It was ment for the Mcdonalds inside of the Walmart. Not here I have been to this location multiple times and have been happy. Usually only use drive thru tho.

Why can’t I put zero stars? Extremely slow service, missed items, and the fries tasted over cooked or like they had been sitting.

What better to snack on while you are shopping at the outlets. I usually eat lunch at McD’s and dinner at In and Out haha. It is super packed and can be hectic but hey — that’s life. we didn’t long considering how many people were stuffed in one place and service wasn’t bad. They also gave me a great amount on my soft serve cone :)) which went perfect with my friesssss

Terrible service. Got over charged. Fries undercooked… gave us rotten apples in our daughter’s meal.

This is the slowest McDonalds ever! There’s only one cashier and I think 2 people in the back. Been here about 15 mins and still waiting for our food. How long does it take to heat up frozen dollar menu items? To the tall white cashier, learn how to smile and enjoy your job just a little bit… The rubbing of your eyes and constant yawning while taking someone’s order is rude! Only giving your establishment an extra star cuz the food was fresh. I guess this mcd’s follows the motto«we don’t make it til you order it»

I can’t take it anymore. I have been going to this McDonald’s for years. First it was the disaster of the new speaker system cannot find anybody but the ability to run both. Then it was stingy catch up breakfast time. Now no bags. You guys going to save money seeking pay your guys $ 15 an hour this is not the way to do it.

Very convenient mcdonalds! Wifi access and bathroom was decent! What more can you ask for from a fast food restaurant?! Close to the outlets so you can shop after!

I have written many review for McDonalds and I guess I have to write another one, they are all about the same. The food is there if you eat too much you will be spending some quality time in the restrooms. The employees here at this McDonalds were friendly, fast and accurate. I am guessing that is about all you can ask for when you want fast food. This location was clean and the restroom which I have already mention were also clean, so over all a good experience.

Had big mac with fries here after a big shopping haul at Gilroy. Feeling guilty about it but it’s hard to find food at the outlet for some reason?! You would think they would have more of a variety for those who are shopaholic. maybe even more healthier choice restaurants? but no it’s all fast food. McD is always dependable so we caved in.

First of all, I don’t understand why someone would give this place two stars ‘cuz it’s crowded? What are they supposed to do, have a bouncer at the door and charge a cover to get in??? Oh, then they would be complaining about the lines OUTSIDE! LOLOL!!! ANYWAY … We had a pleasant experience at this location. Ate breakfast here with the usual Mc Donalds breakfast fare — egg mc muffins, sausage biscuits, mc griddle something or other, hash browns, pancakes, etc. Decent cup of coffee. Staff was nice. It was crowded, but we received our big order within a reasonable amount of time. Sit outside. They have a great outdoor seating area. Nice and clean, heavy chairs.

Went to this McDonald’s on the way back from Monterey, CA. We ordered 20 Piece Chicken McNuggets, and was offered sauce. Then we tried to order an «Oreo McFlurry», but the guy said«Sorry we can’t do Ice-Cream right now», but we can do smoothies”. Really, no Ice-Cream??? After that he left and thought we were done ordering… but we weren’t. We ordered a small Coke and that ended up being our order, a 20 Piece McNugget, and a small Coke. No Ice-Cream, left unhappy. I may send them a message on their website too:

Very sleazy McDonald’s. Auto upgrade on drinks and when you ask why you were charged extra they say you asked for a regular size, which we did not. All we said was tea /orange juice as our drinks. Oh and not only do you upcharge me, you can’t even be bothered to fill my orange juice fully up. And you make me wait 10 minutes for my food? There is nobody here at 7:50am Quick review — you get charged extra for stuff you don’t order and have to wait forever for food even when there is nobody there.

WORST Mc Donald’s experience I have ever had in my life! This place is crowded, but the staff here do not know how to manage the crowd, or the production of the orders. They willingly take your orders, but you wait 25 – 30 minutes(YES, 25 – 30MINUTES) for your order to be served. RIDICULOUS! STAYAWAY!

Clean McD’s location is right between the outlets. Place you can go grab a quick bite before during or after shopping. The staff seem nice and friendly.
