Food was okay but the servers need to know English so they can relate to the customer rating of them was probably one star

Always fresh! It’s very clean. Ladies are very nice. Food is always good. Glad they expanded with menu items such as the soups and smoothies.

The beef in the broccoli and beef looked really old. It was hard to chew. The restroom had a soap dispenser that didn’t work. I witnessed an employee walk out of the restroom without using soap… so disgusting!

The food is the same across the board — good, often greasy. The service in this particular venue is ATROCIOUS. First of all, don’t make faces at your customers and speak in your native tongue and be rude to them. They made a mistake with our to-go order and we had to drive back 3 miles. We then show them the receipt and explained the oversight. They actually accused my teenage son that we were being less than truthful about SIX shrimp balls and after speaking in their language and throwing him accusing looks, they relented and gave us the SIX shrimp balls we had ALREADY paid for. BADCUSTOMERSERVICE. How ghetto is their normal clientele that they treat their other customers like dirt. Definitely the last time at that place

BAD service … No amount of good food makes up for the horrible service. Went in to pick up food had ordered and then when we go there they decided to make it, despite ordering it 20 min in advance. So after waiting 15 min watched as they took my food and tried to give it to someone else they looked through it and almost took it. Finally after taking the food back and forth for a few min they pointed at me and then the bag got to me. Really?

Love the available variety of food; Loses a star for the unfriendly cashier. Maybe just had a tough day that day.

Food was very bland almost like a Panda Express knockoff, my fiancée ordered the chow mein but did not order the big long hair that was in it. We immediately stopped eating, never coming back!!!

Great selection, excellent prices, one of the best choices you can make for Chinese food and fast dim sum! Atmosphere isn’t bad but has a very fast-food vibe. Not where you’d take a date, but a good lunch spot for work or road trips or any other casual situation. Service was great when the wife and I went. The ladies were helpful and friendly, smiling the whole time(not in a creepy way)! Their drink menu doesn’t get enough attention, so I have to recommend the iced milk coffee to anyone who enjoys a good strong caffeinated beverage with bold flavor. It’s basically a Vietnamese iced coffee, they just don’t call it that. Definitely a good place to get your Chinese food fix!

The King Egg Roll standard is the Berryessa location in San Jose. The banh mi at this location feature lettuce, tomato, and onion instead of picked daikon, carrot, and cilantro. Still has jalapenos and peanuts. The grilled pork is also seasoned differently, with less sugar and fish sauce. Perhaps to cater to the local palate? The egg rolls are not executed as well as at other locations, but not terrible. Fried xiu mai is fine as well. The real winner here is bacon fried rice, my best friend’s favorite. On return visits, I will stick to that and stop at other locations for other items.

The best thing I can say about this place was that the bathrooms were cleaner than I thought they would be. I tried three different entrees and one side of chow mein and I could barely eat the nastiness. Big no to this place.

I understand that we came in close to closing BUT that does not excuse bad service! I wanted some soup — which I was promptly told«no», I wanted dumplings, again just given the swift response of «no». I already said«ok» to making a combo platter, but even in making my choices for the entrée items I was rushed & did not feel comfortable in the restaurant. The location in San Jose is MUCH better in service and food quality. I only came to this location because of my experience at the San Jose location but I will NOT be making that mistake again.

If i could give them no stars i would. Customer service sucks, not friendly at all. They rushed us, & gave me NO suggestions. I was about to order 4 shrimp balls because i saw nothing to eat with my plain rice until right before checkout i saw in the middle of the entrees a plate of plain veggies. They had tofu in it too. I ASKED for any vegetarian dishes they said nothing. Useless. Food sucked. The only decent thing is the shrimp balls.

Quite possibly the worst food I have ever had. Arrived over and hour to closing time and the food(what was left) looked like it had been sitting there for hours, dry and untouched. The fried rice had no flavor and the egg rolls were average at best. Skip this place at all costs and find an alternative. One star because I had to rate it.

The egg roll was fresh, crispy, and full of veggies. Amazingly, not greasy at all. I wonder what oil they use? The fresh kind? The skewer chicken was juicy. Stay away from the gravy look-a-like sweet and sour pork. That was dry. This is the second King Egg Roll I’ve been to. It’s a big place, but they have booths like McDonalds. Why? They need a new decorator. The ladies were very nice.

Spring rolls are amazingly filling & refreshing. Not to mention healthy 3 good size spring rolls for $ 3.50 is dam good price.

Everything is good here, especially those dim sum! The eggroll is a blast, and the special combo is really great. Staffs are very friendly. Tried the noodle soup, it taste good.

I do envy Californians their King Eggroll. As the name suggests, King Eggroll specializes in eggrolls and they are the best I’ve tasted. The eggrolls are crisp and stay that way for quite a while. They have a generous filling of pork, shrimp and vegetables and served with a sweet and sour sauce. Delicious! In addition to eggrolls you can get a variety of foods from dim sum and soups to sandwiches and smoothies. I also tried their deep-fried xiu mai. I highly recommend these as well. They have 4 locations and offer party trays as well.

Here’s a little secret: King Eggroll makes the best spring rolls around! Perfect pork meat and shrimp(cleaned, minimal vein if any) to salad and noodles ratio. The salad is fresh the spring rolls aren’t ever too chewy. I don’t often see them pre-made and set out here, but here’s another secret: they’ll hand make them fresh for you in under ten minutes. Zomg. AND only $ 3.25÷3! Any time I’m coming through, I stop by for two small trays. They don’t have a whole lot out, but if there’s something you want that they don’t have, ask and they’ll likely make it for you. Plus, the party trays here are very affordable — if you bring King Eggroll(eggrolls, spring rolls, crab rangoons…) to any gathering, you’re guaranteed to have no leftovers! Requisite for any Asian gathering. On the real. Yummy smoothies here too.

The system is a bit weird… order here, but take your receipt over there and pay… here’s your paper plate of stuff from the case… the rest will be out randomly… and it still gets 4 stars from me. The food was way more delicious than the atmosphere. We don’t eat unhealthy food very often, so we won’t waste our time on icky tasting unhealthy food. The egg rolls here are stellar. Like… seriously good. Their sweet and sour sauce is absolutely the best. I get as much as I can on every bite. Very American of me, I know. Same thing with the shrimp balls… HOLYCOW… they are by far the best I’ve ever had. Sesame balls, coffee, chicken skewers, triangles of awesomeness… everything was super. I will definitely come back here or any of their other locations.

Every town has a little place like this. Dirt cheap, large portions, not-great food. A good place to go if you want to be obese and not spend any money doing it. The shrimp balls were nice, and the people working here were friendly enough. But the rest of the food was definitely«cheap» and not«good», and the setting looked like a front for a meth lab.
