I don’t understand why this company has bad reviews, I hope it’s the same one as the one in San Jose. Because they do amazing service at an affordable price. For many years now I have been renting from them and they have not disappointed me not once. I also like the perks, when he allows us to keep it longer then a couple days. Great service great small family-​owned business, which I truly support. Small family business are personable and treat you as family.

I will never use this company again and will inform others not to use them as well. They charged my credit card after I had cancelled a reservation for a jumper and will not refund me because they «have no money in the bank»!

I will never use this company again. They were supposed to deliver my jumper, tables and chairs at 10am. They showed up at 3pm! People were standing around since the chairs were not there. I had sad kids that wanted to be jumping in the bounce house. They said their truck broke down and they offered us half off. This totally ruined my party that I had planned for months. I called them several times and they were always «on their way» here. If you want your party to go smoothly don’t ever call K&A Party jumpers they are awful!

I will never use this company again. On Saturday they delivered the water slide-​jumper an hour after my grandson’s party started. Then they had to set it up. Which took a good 30 mins. The kids had to wait all that time to play on it. THEN, they did not pick up the water slide-​jumper until 10:00PM! They said they would be back by 7:00.
I called them several times and they were always «on their way» here.
I was SOOOOO Angry. Do not call this company if you want your party to start on time.

Well, I got a coupon and thought I would give them a call and book a jumper. They do not answer their phone. An answering machine comes on with NO message! How un-​professional!
They lost a sale.
I then called the san Jose branch. Thinking I would ask them whats up. No answer! Good luck staying in business.
