Poor customer service. Came in and they told me they were only accepting cash. Went to the ATM — paid the ATM fee. Came back and they wouldn’t let us order because it was too close to closing. They could have at least told us not to bother with the ATM if they were just going to turn us away anyway.

I know staffs are always changing, but my most recent visit (Sept/​2014), The sweetest cashier ever. Gave great recommendation on trying some of the new beverages Jamba has to offer. Extremely welcoming. Definitely brightens up a persons day that much more. I believe her name tag said Destinee.
Currently, there’s 50% off their power bowls. Go get’em! I liked the chunky strawberry and acai primo bowls. Will have to try the mango one soon.
The cashier recommended the Orange revive. Pretty tastey! I liked it.

I love love love Jamba! The Orange Dream Machine is the BEST! If you like 50 – 50 bars, this is the drink for you! Location is clean and the staff is courteous and fast. The only draw back, and the reason they are not getting 5 stars, is the parking. It sucks! I literally park out towards the chilis and walk the distance to Jamba, I know better than to even attempt to look for parking in their tiny lot.

I was driving down 101 from the Bay Area to Santa Barbara. I was in desperate need of a relatively healthy breakfast and thought Jamba Juice in Gilroy would come through (everything else around there is fast food — yuck.)
I pull up to this location to find it closed; it doesn’t open until 10 a.m. WTF? Don’t most Jamba Juice locations make most of their money on breakfast? Isn’t that what most of their products are for? I’ve encountered no other Jamba Juice that opens that late; all the others around here open around 6 or 7 a.m.
Needless to say I was disappointed, pissed off and without food for another four hours.

Anyway!
I am totally biased because I used to work at this Jamba Juice, and I think the staff is pretty fun. And the drinks are good. And quick. And yeah it’s expensive, but if you can’t afford it then just ask for a free sample. They’ll totally oblige.
I recommend a sixteen Peach Pleasure, no bananas sub raspberries. My fave.
