When our water heater started leaking late one night, I called Keith Durdo Plumbing the next morning on a friend’s recommendation. They were able to send a tech, Eric, out within a few hours to look at our unit and quote a price for a replacement.
Eric was polite, calling to let me know exactly when to expect him, he was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the different features available, suggested the best unit for our needs, and even walked me through water heater maintenance to ensure we got yet longest life out of our new one. On completion of the job he thoroughly cleaned the whole space and removed the old water heater.
Would absolutely recommend this company and use them again myself!

Keith really saved us! While waiting for our new home to be built we are spending most of the summer in our fifth wheel. We had an emergency in our RV with a leak in the kitchen. He came out really quickly and summed up what happening. Even though he doesn’t usually work on fifth wheels he found the problem and gave us options and quotes of what he could do. He was so personable and honest we will definetly call him if we have plumbing issues at our new home!

We’ve had Keith out to do plumbing revisions and repairs on separate occasions at our home in Palatine. The first thing to strike us is Keith’s friendly personality and refreshing honesty. There is no slick sales or trade jargon used, just an open conversation of what you’re looking for and then a professional recommendation after the home/​issue is reviewed. Keith offered us several options that would be fitting for our most recent repair with suggestions for different scenarios (i.e.; would we be finishing the basement, do we have a specific budget in mind, etc.) We will keep his business card in our file to use EVERY time we have a plumbing issue or question.
