I just went into this location at 3:40 p.m. to go return an item that I bought at a different location 20 minutes from each other because this location was closer to my house. I let them know that the Fitbit charge hr that I bought was returned prior to me buying it and whoever bought it stuck a different Fitbit into the the box and there was a bunch of junk on it and ask them if I could leave it here while i go to the electronic department to get a new one to exchange it. And the young gentleman that was helping me, was super nice about it but needed to ask his associate what he can do for me. The older lady told me that she wouldn’t exchange it at this location and was rude about it and told me to go back to the original location I got it from, and didn’t bother to even help me put the Fitbit back into the box after they’re the ones who took it apart. What I don’t understand is if all Walmarts are universal and sell the same crap, why did I have to go back to the original location I was at. So now I’m headed to the original location I bought it from and see what they say. Wish me luck! I wished that Walmart was a little better with checking out their returns. Yes, I’m pissed off. ***update*** So I went back to the original location which is the market place location, and told them what had happened. They told me that technically they weren’t allowed to return it since the serial numbers didn’t match and it was the wrong product but it also wasn’t my fault so if that would have happened then I probably would have lost my shit, but they said they will let it slide this time although it was their fault for reshelving an item that shouldn’t have been back out to be sold… get your shit together, walmart. Now I know why I normally go to Target.

Coming into Walmart is like gambling with a kick in the junk… When you walk through that door the greeter might say hello with a smile or… HEMAYKICKYOUSQUAREINTHENADS!!! The latter is what I got this time around !! My wife ordered me a bike from . The bike was to small and now I am trying to return it and am getting kicked repeatedly in the junk! At least that’s what it feels like! First it takes one cashier and two managers to tell me that I have to call 1−800-Walmart and there’s nothing more they can do. Then I call 1−800-Walmart to be transferred to and then told that I have to disassemble the bike and pay to ship it back! I believe I’ve finally had it with Walmart and the HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! Do yourself a favor and go to target!!! This store is a joke!!!

Do you ever answer the phone at this location? I’m so glad there is a Target across the way to shop at. In my opinion every management team should visit Targets to see how a store should be ran and copy it.

Sent my Daughter for an oil change. They stripped the oil pan drain plug when putting back in. Instead of replacing which I would of happily paid for they put the same plug in and then applied epoxy to seal. When she went in for her next change at a different location they would not change since the plug was epoxied in place. They told here to go back to this store to remedy. When she went back they said they could not do anything and recommended going to a dealer — even though they had caused the problem. Stick with the places that hire quality people to do the work. The $ 10 an hour high school dropout they call a technician will do more damage than good.

I don’t recommend anyone go to their Auto Center what so ever. I will NEVER go there again. I took my car for an oil change and while waiting was shopping and they called me asking me how to start my car. I never had a problem starting my car, it’s a 2012 ford focus pretty simple car to start. Then I get another call saying they decided not to change the oil because it is a «Liability»… AREYOUKIDDINGME? I have never had a mechanic not want to change my oil because they thought it was a Liability. So, you are telling me a Women can start the car but a bunch of mechanics can’t? What a JOKE. Then on my way home my hood almost flew up because they didn’t close it. They are very Lucky it didn’t fly up & hit my windshield. GUESS I will take my Business to Big O. They are better anyway better customer service & more Friendly.

Recently moved to area and this Walmart is go to Walmart. If you’ve been to one Walmart you’ve been to all pretty much but this one is nice and clean inside usually have good stock of everything and I go almost once a day during the week and never have any issues except not enough open check outs. Like usual for Walmarts biggest issue is check outs never enough open.

We shop at this Walmart weekly and all goes well as long as I don’t get anything from the deli or need non-food items, as the layout of this store is odd and hard to find certain items. Even the toy section is odd. Seemingly small until you go over to the sporting goods and there is a random section of toys again(no, not all sporting goods). The service at the deli is horrendous. I am a glutton for punishment and have waited there several times for 20 – 30 min. with no service or even a greeting, at times with them shooting the breeze near the doors to the kitchen. When they finally do help, they are unfriendly and do not cut the meat and cheese our desired/requested thickness. We definitely prefer Fry’s with Boar’s Head when we can afford it. Orrrr, I may have time to hunt, kill and cook my own turkey in the time it takes this deli to serve me. As others state, 3959 lanes but only 2 – 3 open. Even if I get 50 items, I always do self check out. I appreciate this as an option. Just be prepared for them to check your receipt sporadically on the way out. We do like the variety, the 2 Redbox kiosks and the small arcade area where there are rides for our toddler(25 cents for Big Bird and 50 cents for flying Dumbo).

Worst place ever! Staff communication sucks 100%. Took my car in for oil change 50 mins ago and it’s not done. 20 mins ago was told it was done and was told by a different guy that it’ll take a long time due to the fact we have a Camry and it needs a full lube inspection and a different filter. I have three kids, you couldn’t have pre warned me it would be over an hour? Really? You already KNOW it needs a full inspection and you know it has a different filter from most cars, you couldn’t be communicative to tell me this and let me know I might want to come back without my kids or how long approximately it would be. Don’t give me shit about it being a crystal ball or anything! That’s just a bunch of bs! I didn’t ask for an exact time I asked approximately. Jeez! And now I have another question, the guy won’t come back and there are three other people waiting in line and no one is answering !!

Walmart-the founder of cheap pricing. Decent location, never had an issue with the staff, bathrooms are ok-nothing special. The bonus of visiting a walmart is the clientele. Just like after watching Jerry Springer, you’ll leave this place feeling better about yourself!

Seriously what ever happened to 3’a a crowd slogan of stores in the past? There are 3 regular lanes open, and 120 item or less lane. I’ve looked at all lanes and there are 5 – 6 people in each. Yet they built 22 lanes. Why build them if you don’t use them walmart? This is why I hate this store!

Customer service is missing for the most part but not the worst. Management is a joke and lazy or rude if not both. Good idea to check packaging of items especially electronics and try to get the customer service you deserve so maybe it becomes something they do on their own.

I know, I know. I can hear you say, «What? 5 star a Walmart?!» But YES. This A+review is given only to the car service department. I went there because my husband said that he noticed some oil leaking under my car the night before. Since that last oil change I had was at another Walmart, I decided to stop by and see if these guys could help me out. They immediately greeted me and listened to my concerns. They inspected it and found out it was my gasket leaking and replaced it for free. and admitted that the other Walmart should have seen this problem in the beginning. I was thinking that this was going to turn into an expensive car fix from the beginning but they proved me wrong. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and my car was fixed for free. Thank you!

Not much I can say, it is a Wal-Mart. Low, low prices, rude employees. I guess you get what you pay for. If Rita the night mgr is working, RUN to Target! If Target is closed, find another Wal-mart. If Wal-mart was a Mom&Pop shop, they’d be out of business due to horrible customer service.
