Urologic Consultants PC

I was told to come in to the facility with a full bladder for exam. I sat in the waiting room for the longest time waiting to get back be taken back with the full bladder. I think it would hurt the staff if they smiled a little bit it was almost like their faces would crack if they did. They knew I was there with a full bladder and didn’t seem to care it was like I was a number. Once I arrived in back I sat there again waiting waiting waiting very uncomfortable. But nobody there seem to care or even worried that I was uncomfortable.
They charged me an arm and a leg for a very routine office visit or should I say they over inflated a charge for my insurance company that I had to pay because insurance wouldn’t pay it. Everybody please take your business to another urologists you will be unhappy with this one.

The staff and Dr. Gordon are very friendly and supportive. Their office is smaller and quaint but never too busy. There is even security out in the building, nice to have your car watched while at the Dr.
