The Springs at Gilbert Meadows

Run, as fast as you can. I read the reviews and assumed under the new ownership it would be better, and conveniently located next to downtown Gilbert. I have lived here since August and had 3 leaks in my kitchen ceiling (one of which when it was finally repaired I was welcomed home with a wonderful mess they left from the repair), a pipe burst underground in my living room (which they have so kindly left an open hole in my wall for the past 2 weeks), and now I have not had water all day due (10 am — 6pm and still going) to another pipe bursting. Save yourself the headache, don’t move here. It’s cheap for a reason. Oh, and their new «remodel»… HA!

Things are always broken in the gym, pool is always closed. Huge mosquito problem, can’t use my patio. When I moved in there were tons of fruit flies.

I moved in here almost a year while my treadmill was still in storage, i went to use the“gym”. One of the two treadmills they have was broke. I used the other one which i found out happened to be very well used per say and out dated.
Staff is very rude and unhelpful. Property needs a make over… and guess what? I went back last week to the «gym» because i sold my treadmill, a YEAR later equipment is still poor and one of the treadmills is still there, still broke!!! What the hell!!! It’s been a year, really people like do they think nobody will notice? I guarantee if you went in there right now, next week, next month and next year, the same equipment would still be there still broken… lol wow POS property!
