After numerous occasions of frustration and expense with Best Buy and the Geek Squad, my wife did a search and located The Hook Up. The owner and tech specialist, Alan Brown, did an outstanding job for us on our entertainment system. He found and corrected several misses by the Geek Squad on the overall installation, corrected them and gave us a lot of valuable education on managing all the various options we have with the system. The Hook Up is reasonably priced. Alan is very punctual, technically sound, professional and service oriented. A great find by my wife.

Received a recommendation for The Hook Up from a previous customer and so glad I did! Alan is professional, prompt, and paid attention to every detail while consulting with us about our home theatre and sound system. I found him to be very honest and very reasonably priced! Our quote from Best Buy was quadruple the amount he charged and they tried to get us to buy expensive cables and equipment we didn’t need. I will definitely call the Hook Up for our next audio/​video needs!
