Well, the stress of the wedding is over and I’ve had time to take relax and reflect. My review remains unchanged. This woman did not«bend over backwards» and I can’t even THINK what she could be referring to. She didn’t offer to make me another frame(in fact she told me she had gone ahead without my response because she didn’t want to get behind with her orders) and didn’t see any reason to consider what could be wrong with her behavior over the phone or in the email. Instead she justified all of her actions/statements and insulted me. I did not yell. I only did repeated back to her the things she was telling me in an attempt to help her hear herself. I don’t think any professional should use«lol» with a customer under any circumstance and I’m going to chalk it up to immaturity and have faith that she will develop it over time. If she had made any effort to fix the situation or even asked me what I would like done I wouldn’t have written the bad review.

I bought a forever frame for a friend for his wedding gift and they loved it! My wife loved it so much she bought one for her mom and dad, her two brothers and two for us. She has ordered another one to create a nice memory of one of our dogs who recently passed. Great product and regardless what the other the commenter said, great customer service. I’m sure we will buy more as time goes on. Thanks for such a unique and fun product.
