Our landlord paid for a «clean out service» but the work was horrible. They did no de-​webbing and left no glue traps! I called customer service and spoke to Stephane who informed me that a «clean out service» did not in include those things! I will not be a repeat customer! Poor customer service and poor product! I could list a lot more that was done wrong, but it wouldn’t matter anyway!

We’ve been customers of PCS for five years and twice they’ve had to treat for termites. In the past they seemed to be fine, but when we went to renew this year, after cashing our check, I called to schedule our annual inspection. I’m told by the representative answering the phone that they don’t have our name in their system. I was surprised to learn that after being customers for five years this business doesn’t even know who we are. I left a message to speak with someone about our account – it was never returned. Subsequent phone calls over the course of two days went unanswered. I’m now wondering what happens if we have a termite problem and no one answers the phone. I further wonder if something has happened recently to turn what was a fairly reliable company in the past into a mess.

I called about gnats and they were very honest! Instead of having me spend $ on them, they told me that it was very hard to rid them with spraying and they gave me some helpful information on them and tips to lessen them. They were gone asap. Helpful and honest!

Use a legit company. No one ever answers the phone. They treat scheduling as if they don’t want to come to your area at all. Gave me a time span of 12 – 2 showed up at noon. I wasn’t home and explained to the service man I’d be back in 10 min (this was at 12:12) he replied with «I have other things to do.» dealing with them is a headache and they clearly don’t understand customer service or the fact you are paying them for doing the job.

DISHONEST business, will NOT recommend to others.
We found Termites problems in Aug and I found 3 termite control companies through BBB website including Pest Control Solutions. All three companies came over and gave me the work proposals. When Andy from PCS came over, I specifically asked him what product they would use to kill the termites and he told me they would use Termidor and he circled TERMIDOR @.06% on the worksheet copy he gave me with a price of $ 725 to complete the job. In the end I chose PCS to do the termite control and they showed up as scheduled and got the job done. I have no complain about the service they provided.
However, when the worker finished the job and gave me the receipt, it clearly showed they used TAURUS SC instead of the Termidor. I asked why not termidor and he explained to me that the Taurus is a generic version of Termidor which is cheaper for them to buy. I didn’t feel right but still paid the $ 725 since there would be no reason to question the technician. Later I called the office and told the lady that I should not be charged the same amount of money for a generic version product. The $ 725 was for the name brand Termidor. It’s like I pay over $ 5 for a gallon of organic milk but was given a gallon of fry’s milk which only worth $ 1.77. It does have the same ingredients but the generic is much cheaper. She told me she would have the sales man Andy to call me back but I never received any call for 2 weeks. I called again and left a message. then another lady called back and left a msg said the estimate was for Taurus, not Termidor. At this point, I don’t know if she was insulting me by saying I was lying (which I have both papers right in front of me, one had Termidor circled and one had Taurus circled) or I didn’t know how to read English? It clearly showed that PCS didn’t have any intention to fix the problem and keep the promise they made in the beginning.
I am going to file a complain to BBB and Arizona Attorney General’s office. I have no problem with their termite control service but I am disappointed in how they handle their business by lying to the customer first then using cheaper products to make more money. It’s unethical and dishonest. it’s simply WRONG!
I was going to write a good review about them if they could recognize their mistake and get it right. But they would not since the money is in their pocket already. I will NOT recommend their service to anyone because you will pay more than you should.
