I was very excited to use your services for my upcoming wedding. When you sent me a proof for the layout of the design to be used on my photos, I asked you to correct our wedding date, as that information was incorrect and I asked for a more simple design. Clearly, this offended your graphic design artist, as I received a very nasty email back suggesting we cancel if we aren’t happy with her work. I was shocked that someone would suggest to cancel a week before a wedding. If asking to correct information on the proof is an issue, you should reconsider how you deal with your customers. Luckily, I found another photo booth to use at my wedding. I would highly suggest to other brides or party planners looking for a photo booth to move on from this company and find a different vendor. It’s not worth the headache.
