Please save yourself the time and money and do not even bother. I had the worst massage and facial of my life and as an avid spa enthusiast I know what I’m talking about. The massage was done by a young girl who has no clue what she was doing. I asked her for more pressure and it felt like someone was tickling my back. She also felt the need to expose my entire backside and I was so uncomfortable. I should have just left but I hoped the facial would be better. The«esthetician» wiped my face off and put 2 masks on. That was the facial. She also massaged my head to the point of extreme pain. I couldn’t wait for all of it to be over. I left in tears. Stay away from this place it’s horrible. There was also a loud clicking noise from the a/c the entire time not relaxing! **after complaining to the owner Mary Lynn she did in fact refund our money.

My mom and I wanted to do a girls pamper and chose this spa as it had a special groupon. They were unprepared for two people even though we’d made an appointment, and the cd skipped during our ‘relaxing’ time. The facial was ok, the wraps good, and the massage average. I’d choose another spa if you’re really looking for elite treatment, although for basic upkeep, this one is worth a shot.

The before and after measurements on the herbal wrap were definitely not accurate and I don’t think it was due to the personnel’s measurement error. Unfortunately there was no weight loss or change in my clothing fit at anytime during the weeks following this treatment. I also tried a treatment for the ears which had a «concerning» report and follow up plan quite different than my ENT doctor’s analysis. The massage was okay. The environment needs work. Bottom line is that I do not like to be lied to and waste valuable money. The reviewer who posted having lost 40 inches failed to mention that the the measurements are taken in about 40 places. Just beware.

My first time having a mineral wrap done, even though it was slightly uncomfortable laying still for that long it was worth it when I learned that I lost over forty inches! I was a little hesitant at first from reading a few negative reviews but after arriving I can understand where some people would get the impression they did. Forgive the young female up front she is new and still learning. Mary Lynn is from New York so she definitely isn’t timid living in New England I understand that she is sweet but she knows her stuff. Definitely would recommend

Received a Spafinder gift card from a friend for Xmas, surprisingly not many places will accept them. Mary Lynn’s was closest to my house and accepted the cards. I have only had a handful of massages and by no means a regular. Which is good and bad because I don’t have much to compare too. When I called they got me in right away, within 30 min, and the salon was very nice. Red walls don’t bother me. Mary Lynn was there and greeted me as the owner and to my masseuse for today. She told me about services offered and the loyalty program. I like that the owner is there and involved in her business. Lacey was my masseuse for the day and did a very good job. It was a sports massage and she found places I needed work in and focused on them. The room was quiet and calming I was comfortable. I walked out feeling refreshed and fluid, how you should after a massage. There wasn’t any pressure to buy more products. I looked at there service menus and my only complaint is they are expensive. Eyebrow wax $ 20?! No. I can do that for 7 down the street. They have a 120min for $ 99 and $ 5 back for every $ 50 you spend. I’d go back again

Best place to go! Mineral wrap is a must!!! Completely worth it. Mary Lynn is awesome, she knows what she’s doing and treats you more like family than just a client. Not only am I a repeat client, I’ve referred my family and friends!
