Very quick and friendly service! Place was clean and organized! Paid $ 17 for a gel nail polish manicure! The wait wasn’t too long and the nail technician was very nice.

There’s not really much to say about the place. Very spacious and quiet. They got me and my friend in and out of the place. Not a fan of sitting in front of a fan for almost an hour for my nails to dry, I ended up leaving with dry hands and was given no cuticle oil. Anyways my nails were fine throughly the day until I showered and the paint completely messed up or came off.
My friends nails also broke very easily two days after.

This place was a mazing. Everything in the nail salon was nice and well organized. They cleaned up after every customer. So love it. If you need acrylic full sets, II highly recommend to set appointment with Ken. He was such a professional. He did a great job on my nails. So love it. Definitely, I will be back.

Ladies this is a nice clean nail place! Ok seriously im a weirdo when it comes to my feet. I like a clean nail place so when i saw the tubs that use those single use liners so your water is new and isn’t mixed from the last person who had their feet in the tub. I was so happy. My lady also opened a new bag of clippers and i saw the guy next to her did the same. Another plus. I got the. gel pedicure which came with hot stone massage on my legs which was also nice. Next time ill see about getting a manicure.

Have been coming here 18 months and had gone to several other similar nail salons in the area and I can say without hesitation that this salon is the best in Gilbert and Chandler. Salon is immaculate and the techs do a fabulous job whether it is a pedi, and the acrylic nails. I wash my hands several times times daily for my job and have never had my nails lift off or have had any problems with fungus or infection. They do excellent work. Owners are very kind and work very hard to ensure you have a great experience I highly recommend Ladies Nail salon for your future nail care.

I’m updating my review, I have been going here for years but recently the tech I would normally request moved to Tucson. I have however started getting my eyebrows done by a tech that has been there for several years. She was always very nice and welcoming, she has done my toes and nails as well. She’s great and friendly and professional. This is the only nail salon that I go to, & I will definitely be back! I always ask for gift certificates to this place when people are asking me what kind of gift I would like. They have even let my cousin call in from out of state and pay for my services when I was sick.

I walked in during lunch and asked how long the wait was the lady told me she could take me right away. I thought that meant she could start on me. I told her I needed a mini pedicure because I only had an hour. She said yes we can do a short one and have me out on time. They let me feet soak for 30 minutes I was about to leave when someone finally came up and started. I was charged for a regular and they took a long time with the leg massage and all which I asked for just the polish! Will not return due to the fact that they bs’d me on the time I was waiting and the service that was provided.

I have been going to this salon since I moved here in 2010. They know me by name, are incredibly gracious to my guests and never pressure you into buying any extras. Most of them give great massages and the one or two that don’t as first, are open to suggestions and critique. Great bunch of employees. Very respectful to each other and their customers.

I had originally planned to go to Margarita Nails based on their excellent reviews. But they were really busy and Ladies Nails was in the same shopping center and only had one customer so I decided to give them a shot. I kinda wish I hadn’t. I got a gelish manicure and a pedicure. The woman who gave me the pedicure was Caucasian, which was a little odd because this is a Vietnamese owned salon. She was super sweet, as a matter of fact all of the ladies were. They just didn’t do a great job. My manicure was done somewhat haphazardly. She didn’t pay any care to the shape of my nails. Some ended up very square, while some have a much rounder edge. The polish job wasn’t the greatest. I ended up with some sloppiness around the edges. The gal (not the same gal doing my pedi) offered to do a chevron design on my nails which I wanted, but when it came to it she wasn’t able to do it. I ended up with a flower design instead. It’s cute and all, but flower designs are a little played out. This was my first gel mani but I felt like my hands spent entirely too much time under the UV lights. It was uncomfortably hot at certain points. My pedicure was fine. The sugar rub was nice and she did a great job at my callous removal, but the paint job and shape of my nails was just kinda, meh.
All in all, it cost me $ 65. I tipped a total of $ 20 ($ 10 each) which I thought was pretty good — being a 33% tip to each. But when the Caucasian girl told the Vietnamese girl that I had tipped $ 20, the Vietnamese woman said «$ 20 each?». Really? For that subpar job? And while I’m standing right there? Pfft. I won’t be back. Margarita Nails got great reviews and were super busy for a reason. And Ladies Nails was completely empty, FOR A REASON!

I love getting my nails and pedicure done here, The staff is so courteous and they all do such a great job. The prices are always reasonable.
