Kohl’s

I went late one night looking for a coat and my wife looking for a dress. We both found what we liked at payout Scott informed us about the Kohls card, after a while we decided to try apply for the card due to much of the benefits Scott informed us. We got approved and saved 165.00 only paid 100, was just blown away the time Scott took to help me get my card setup my phone with the app load my cad and kohls cash even tho it was past 11pm close time. Made me into a very well informed customer and loyal client to kohls.
Thank you for having great employees that truly care about giving outstanding customer service.

This kohls is just like the one on Baseline and Cooper.

Ross has more organization than this corperate store.
The whole mens section is a total wreck.
NOTE: the only decent Kohls in the east valley is on 202/​Country Club.
This workers and management is this place should be ashamed of themselves.

This place is really lacking customer service and training. When issues were brought up to Brenda the store manager she had nothing but excuses (lack of training and financial software). She didn’t want to listen to my issues but rather hear herself make excuses. I would recommend putting her in some communication and listening courses.

I have had good experiences at this Kohl’s. I use my discounts, and I can get a pretty good deal on things. Most recently I purchased some yoga pants at a pretty reasonable price. I also needed a new towel for the gym, and they had some good ones on clearance. It’s a great place to browse, and look for discounts. Especially in housewares, linens, and bedding!

Everyone was so helpful I was amazed, the prices were amazing. Got it on the clearance rack and saved an additional off just for applying for a credit card it was my first time here and I will be a regular shopper

This store is a total disgrace. It is filthy dirty and clothing is off the racks scattered on floor all the time. No matter what time of day you go try and shop there. Used to love Kohls, now… will never step foot inside. Pretty disgusting in how little pride is taken. Manager is responsible. They act like they dont even care.

Purchased a set of $ 65 bed sheets two weeks ago. Today the elastic broke in the fitted sheet.
We took the sheet set and the receipt back to get a refund or store credit. They would only give back a $ 5 store credit. But the sheets are not on sale, and they are still selling them for $ 65 on the shelf.

Super clean… Everything I needed. And awesome sales. The only thing I didn’t like is I didn’t get greeted. And I never saw an associate.

Bad costumer service! I’m walking around for 15 minutes trying to find a shopping cart to put my little one in, and they are nowhere to be found, I finally ask one of the cashiers where I can find any and she was rude and said «we don’t have anymore, or they are scattered everywhere» first of all as I was walking around I didn’t see any and second I probably saw 7 carts total that people were using, so if that’s the case they need to get more carts or have there extra employee just walking around start gathering them up… so frustrated! And it’s not even busy!

This place is much like any other Kohls, except that the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recently threw my back out and I wanted to buy something but it was too heavy for me to carry. Within seconds there was an employee there happy to assist me with carrying the item (a box of heavy dishes) to the register and out to my car.

Awesome store and friendly people. Sales are amazing and friendly returns. Love love this store!

Took the kids school shopping the other day. Store was cluttered with stuff and not stroller friendly. Waited in the checkout line almost 25 minutes. Cashiers were allowing people to cut in line. People at registers and on the floor are very unfriendly. School close shopping in August was worse than shopping at Christmas time.
Many customers were complaining store needs to come to some resolution high-​volume shopping days or will end up losing customers.

The thing about Kohl’s is that you HAVE to shop the sales and use coupons. If you don’t, you’re not going to get a good price. That being said, I always take advantage of these things and end up getting toys, books, and décor for very reasonable prices.
The selection of toys seems to change pretty regularly which leads me to believe that they turn their inventory quickly and that you’re always getting the latest and greatest.
Great selection of kitchen tools, bathroom décor, and frames, but again, shop the sales on these items!
I haven’t shopped for adult clothing in a while, so I can’t comment on that, but I’ve noticed that the children’s clothing — even on sale — is a bit more expensive than what you can get it for elsewhere. You’ve gotta wait until it goes on clearance or use a coupon that you can stack on top of the sales prices to get a deal.

Here’s my gripe… they send you all these coupons for drastic savings and make you think you are really getting a good deal. That’s their business strategy.
OK, lets talk men’s briefs. I received a 30% off mailer that I planned to buy a four pack of men’s briefs with till I saw the regular price marked at $ 34. That’s $ 23.80… still more than I thought four men’s briefs were worth. I then went to Walmart, got the same brand in a five pack for $ 13.50.
I’m not saying there are not some good deals at Kohls but be careful. It looks like they are making up the for the good deals on other merchandise.

This place is right next to my gym and so I’ll stop by and check it out. I’ve asked myself why I keep coming back and the only conclusion I can come up with is that I’m a woman and I can shop the hell out of any place.
I’m going to start with the parking lot. There’s like 3 rows of handicapped parking spots and each row has at least 5 designated handicapped spaces. So we’re talking 15 parking spaces dedicated to handicapped parking. THEN they have an additional 4 spots reserved for associates. I do not understand the logic behind giving employees the choice spots. They are going to be there for 8 hours, I’m going to be there for 15 minutes… well 30 once you take into account all the walking I have to do in the parking lot.
Once I’m finally in I head straight for the shoes. The shoe department is hit or miss. After shoes I round the corner to housewares and browse through the sale items and the I finish in the unmentionables department which is ALWAYS way over priced.
If I do buy anything, guaranteed the line will be long and there will be a lot of eye rolling going on. The staff is meh. The store could benefit from being more organized.

Use to love shopping at this location. With new Mgmt & new employees this place has gone down hill. Employees got bad attitudes & not helpful at all. Mgmt doesn’t listen & employees take no pride in their work.

If you come here to shop and nothing is on sale, turn around and leave… come back in a week and you will see everything at least 20% off!

Love coming here in the mornings cause its always quiet… perfect time to shop.

Woo Hoo! I got a 30% off coupon. I love it when that happens! This is the ONLY store that I have a credit card. I pay off my balance so i don’t pay interest and as a card member you get the best coupons!

Kohl’s is great for gifts for family and friends and you can’t beat the prices.
I purchased a brown leather purse for my mom last year for mother’s day from Kohl’s and she loved it so much she bought one for both of my sister’s. Since m-day’s gift was so well received, it was only logical that I go back to Kohl’s for a birthday gift. I purchased a black leather purse for mom for her birthday and a gift card. I got the purse at half off the original price, I love sales and Kohl’s has plenty. I do wonder are the prices really sales? are the items marked up and then down to create a «fake sale»? Still giving them 4 stars because of selection and the store is clean and inviting, mini carts are so easy to maneuver through the displays. This store is a low-​key store and a break from shopping at the mall.
