Karrma Salon & Day Spa

Jamie is awesome! Before I found her I would be anxious before a cut and/​or color. Since I have been going to Jamie at Karrma Salon I feel confident before AND after I go in! She does a great job, and the atmosphere is relaxing and friendly.

I’ve been going here since it opened. Catherine is my fave but I’m sure the other stylists are great too. Sometimes I stray but I’m always disappointed and head on back. It’s great. Great prices. Not lame or pretentious. Catherine is the best and I’m always very happy with my hair.

Kat did a great job on my hair. I was reluctant to go to a salon for a man’s haircut, but my wife convinced me and now I’m sold! I will be a regular client from now on. Such a big difference from a barber.

I found Jamie on Unilocal and I’m very happy. I’ve seen her twice now and I’ve been pleased with the cut, color, promptness and ease of conversation. Not to mention, their hair washing sinks have a head rest in them so, for the first time ever, my neck doesn’t hurt for three days after getting my hair done.

I’ve been a regular customer at Kaarma for a few years now and they’re great. Great prices, great services… I go for the typical routine maintenance and I also booked them for wedding hair and makeup for myself and the two girls in the bridal party. I cant recommend them enough for excellent quality at fair prices… No up sales or gimmicks or other nonsense that you get at other day spa and salons.

I love this place. I moved here recently from Seattle, and I am incredibly happy that I found this place so fast. Finding a good salon is not easy to do, but I got lucky here. It was my first salon visit when I moved to the Phoenix area and I will continue to go back for all my hair and skin care needs. Nikki does a great job keeping my platinum blonde hair looking fresh and maintaining my A line bob haircut.
Thuy (The owner) is amazing. She recommended micro needling facials about 4 months back and I have been going in every six weeks to have them done. My skin has never looked better and it’s totally at an incredibly affordable price. She also got me on a new skin care line that I now absolutely cannot live with out.
The atmosphere is comfortable and I love being in this salon. All the staff makes you feel right at home and that is something that I can appreciate because I have been to many salons in the past where I just felt a little uncomfortable. Not here. :)

Contrary to prior posts, I have had nothing but great service from Catherine and at the other girls at Karrma. Catherine has been doing my hair for years and I love it every time. She is always accommodating for my busy schedule and takes great care with my hair! Even if I have needed to come back to achieve the color I wanted, she managed to fit me in and worked with my budget. I will definitely be back!

When I lived in San Diego I went to the same stylist for years and years. I’ve never been one to hop around from salon to salon. Until I moved to AZ. That was almost 10 years ago and I have been to half a dozen salons and stylist since then. Well not anymore! I have found a home at Karrma! Kat has cut and now colored my hair and I could not be happier. She is amazing! She listens to her clients, talks you through the process and also explains the upkeep and gives you tips on how to style and maintain your cut and color. The girl is so knowledgable and you can tell she truly has a passion for what she does. I am a client for life now! Thank you, Kat for being so awesome!

I found my new place for sure. Cayce gave me such a great haircut. She was so nice and had the greatest stories! Lol thanks Cayce for brightening up my day! :)

I explained to the manager what I was hoping to accomplish over the phone. She did not explain to the stylist what I was trying to get done. I was told the stylist would be there at 4:15, she showed up at 4:45. I had a meeting at 6pm that I had to rush back to, leaving a less than perfect cut. This did not give the stylist time to make sure everything is perfect. I still had hair on my ears. I am giving a 3 star because they did get me in relatively right away. If I say I will do something I will do it. I wish other businesses followed the same advice. I chose Karrma because it is a local business, not a cost cutters, or a great clips. I like local representation.

Moved here from NY and sooo impressed with Karrma! I thought Chelsi was amazing, but recently when she was unavailable, I had Alicia cut my daughters hair and she too did a fantastic job. I also go to Thuy for problems with my skin which is something as an adult I have struggled with — once again so happy! I would highly recommend Karrma.

I’ve been going to Karrma Salon and Day Spa for over 6 years now and I have always received great service from getting facials, hair colors and style, to getting my brows waxed and tinted to getting my nails done. This salon is easily a one stop place for all of our diva pleasures! I recommend Thuy (Twee) the salon owner for anything from massage to facials. She knows her business and keeps up with the trends. Her recommendations to me for who to use in the salon for other services has been right on!
