I am a FAN! love this place and have for a very long time. My favorites are the BBQ chicken pizza, fontina burger, garlic fries, pesto chicken sandwich and the Sonoran dog. SO good. Great outdoor seating. Beautiful scenery, greattttt for kids. good prices! and you get a free meal on your birthday. I will say try to go before or after typical lunch time on the weekends because the lines can get really long. The area outside is large and great if you have little ones that like to run around. After your meal, I suggest getting a coffee or a cupcake at the coffee shop that is right next door. Then walk around the farm area after. Its a nice escape from the busy world and soak in some quality time with your family. Enjoy yourself! I always do there.

Not only is Joe’s a great concept restaurant to get a tasty meal, but it’s also a great outing for the whole family. A wonderful outdoor area with gardens in every direction on a working farm. We are happy to make the trip from Tempe for this place! Consistently a fantastic experience!

Love the location. I meet here often with friends. Great for pleasing everyone. I usually get the Fontana burger. (Idk how they spell that) and the hubs gets the fried shrimp. I hear the pizza is good but the oven is usually closed.
Also, staff walk around with a «salt gun» to kill flies. GREAT idea. Love it. But a little too close to me while I was eating.

My two cents are: we ate here twice in three days.
In the land of Unilocaling that says it all.
There are millions of restaurants to try on vacation and why go back to the same one?
Because every single person in our party of four LOVED it.
This place can handle a crowd. Don’t let the line out the door scare you.
It moves quickly and is also a sign of the goodness to be had here.
My recommendations: sweet potato fries OR the sweet potato pie. Do not get both on the same trip. (The fries taste sweeter than the pie if you do that.) Both are insanely good.
The pie is veggielicious. You can tell they mashed those taters from Joe’s garden today!
The Fontina burger also is «the best burger I ever had» and he got it on both our trips there. :)
We liked sitting outside both times. We got to meet exotic birds on our Sunday lunch trip. A man had brought several different species.
Macaw «Buddy» gave me a kiss! Memory– Priceless!

This place is amazing.
They never disappoint me. Food is fresh. Burgers are awesome.
One good this about this place is that its really family oriented. My son loves to play out side on their patio.

Great American food with fresh ingredients. Wonderful place to take the kids with tons of space to run around and plenty of kid friendly menu choices.

I absolutely love Joe’s! Best burger I’ve had in Arizona. I always order the Fontina burger with the garlic fries. Soooo amazing. I also enjoy all the outdoor space, as does my dog :). Be warned, the line can get very long and out the door. It’s worth the wait!

The first time my wife and I went I wasn’t super impressed. The first time, I had the combo hotdogs. They were good but not worth the drive. This past week, my parents were in town and they love ddd. So, we gave Joe’s another chance and it was great. Most of us got the ahi sandwich. It is a ton of ahi, served rare with a great wasbi mayo and slaw. It was one of the better sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Also, I’d highly recommend the onion rings, they are a must. After lunch we walked over to the coffee shop for a cupcake. The baker there was on cupcake wars and they lived up to the hype. The red velvet cupcake was the best I’ve ever had. They were the type of thing you would order a dozen of, sit in a room by yourself and eat them all without telling anyone.

I’ve eaten here a dozen times, clean place, great food.
I like to visit when the weather is right to sit outside as the seating area inside is limited and a bit of an echo chamber.
Never had a bad meal here.

Ate here for the first time a couple weeks ago when I had family visiting. I was really looking forward to breakfast as their waffles looked so good but we got there 10 mins too late. We stayed and got lunch instead, it was really good! I got the chicken strips and fried zucchini. So good! We can’t wait to go back and try their breakfast. Loved the outdoor seating. And the employees were all really friendly. There was an elderly woman there with a service dog and I was very impressed with how attentive and caring they all were with her. Will definitely start coming more regularly!

Everything that we tried on the means was soooooo delicious! You could really taste the difference in the quality of food. The staff was kind and our food came quick. The atmosphere was was fun. We will be back!

Yes, this sweet spot has been around for some times and always a pleasure to visit. Service here is always on spot and just having the ability to walk around the yard is fun. The Coffee Shop next doors bakes up a storm and the farmers market is always cool to explore.
I came to Joe’s after a run with a friend so we were pretty hungry! I went for the Fontina Burger with Onion Rings, while she ordered the Ahi Sandwich with Beets. My burger was cooked to perfection while the peppers and fontina cheese gave it a lovely sweet pop. I would say they have the softest bun around and it just literally melts in your mouth. The Onion rings were fresh and crunchy with every bite. My friends Ahi Sandwich had the same bun, but within was a large slab of tuna with some slaw. Overall, a crunchiness of the slaw gave it some texture while the wasabi mayo provided some heat. The tuna itself was cooked lightly seared so you had somewhat of a sashimi taste to it.
In the end, Joe’s Farm Grill is always a recommendation whenever someone ask me about a great place to eat. The experience itself is always great because of the atmosphere it has and the food is always consistent! — Enjoy!

Take a freaking cool A environment with sweet trees and citrus growing all over the place on a beautiful piece of real estate, and then add in abnormally delicious food with a really unique flair to it and you have JOE’S Farm Grill.
I would go there even if their food was mediocre because of the cool atmosphere that the «farm» provides, but the food is like the cherry on top! Do yourself a huge favor and order the garlic fries. Make sure you don’t have any hot dates lined up for about a week or so because the effects are long lasting, but it’s worth it for an occasional guilty pleasure.

I don’t know where to start on this place. I had no idea this place was going to be so different and nice. When you arrive outside you can see all these trees and the environment in a whole is just outstanding. The way you order is kinda weird you walk In grab a menu and wait in line. The menu tries to help you out on what’s like popular like some of the items have been on the food channel so it tells you that which is cool. But after all that I still did not know what to order, everything sounded so good! I just went with a slab of ribs and 2 $ up charge for garlic fries and a drink was about 26 $. Isn’t bad to be honest it’s like going to any sit down and getting ribs but with sit downs they do everything for you while here you have to do it that’s the only down side. This place is like a fast food joint with high prices. They give you a buzzer device so when the food is ready it starts vibrating. The fountain machine is outside and so are the sauces and all the things you need for your meal even a sink which is different and nice. My meal came out in like 5 minutes while they were busy and it was incredible. The ribs were tasty, the garlic fries were perfect and the coleslaw was probably the best coleslaw I have had. The food the environment is just so cool sitting outside with a heater and so much green around you. Very nice place I will
be back!

To round out my reviews of all three Joe’s-owned locations, Joe’s Farm Grill in Agritopia is a casual, family-​friendly restaurant with all the «favorites» if you will: burgers, pizza, barbecue, hot dogs, fried things… what else do you need? I mean, if it’s been featured on «Diners, Drive-​Ins, and Dives» and Guy Fieri approved it, it must be good. *sarcastic eye roll*
But to be real, Joe’s Farm Grill is next level. Just to point out a few of my favorite things on the menu (though everything I’ve had here has been delicious), I love the Southwest Burger (topped with taco rub, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, chipotle mayo, and avocado), the Buffalo Chicken and Farm-​Made Pecan Pesto Chicken Sandwiches, and any of the grilled pizzas or BBQ items – I realize that that’s like a third of the menu but seriously all of these are bomb. The pizzas and barbecue are similar to what’s available at Joe’s other restaurants so you can’t go wrong there and the Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, and «Farm Favorites» are all welcome additions to the already delicious spread. Make sure to get either the Onion Rings (my personal favorite), Garlic Fries, or Sweet Potato Fries (which come with a delicious pineapple-​serrano dipping sauce) on the side of whatever you order!
Aside from the food, I love the setting here too, with plenty of outdoor seating at picnic tables for nice days and room inside to eat when it gets too hot (or cold… but let’s be honest with ourselves here, this is Arizona). The fountain drinks are all available outside as well as self-​service dipping sauces for all the tasty fried things you’re sure to order. Whether you’re looking for a healthier meal or something decadent, Joe’s Farm Grill has something for everyone!

Joe’s is a hidden local place that only people in chandler/​Gilbert/​Mesa seem to know about and Scottsdale/​Phoenix folks are seriously missing out! The food is fresh and the atmosphere is an experience of its on. I’ve tried the pizza and chicken sandwich… BOTH ARE GREAT! My boyfriend gets their burger and absolutely raves about it. We moved 30 minutes away from Joe’s and talk about this place weekly!

This is a great spot in a great location. Bench sets outside for a nice warm day and inside if you want to stay cool. This is my first time here and won’t be my last. Ordered pretty much what guy ordered on diners dives and drives I mean why not. Excellent ahi burger and wedge salad and the strawberry lemonade fresh and delicious. A must try don’t miss it if your in the area

Wow, that was a pricey meal! a small pizza and a burger with lemonade cost us 30 dollars.
A nice place to visit and check out. Once. But the price/​value is a little askew for me.
I did love the lovely outdoor patio and my burger was fantastic. I tried the Fontina burger. A creative and tasty burger, but I think the Fez Burger is the best «creative» burger in the Valley. Nevertheless, I enjoyed mine bunless to save a few calories and carbs.
The pizza was not very memorable, but we did order the pepperoni pizza. It tasted just fine.
They must have one of the coolest restrooms in the Valley. Very neat. Definitely remember to wash your hands before you eat.

I’ve been waiting to cross the Farm Grill off my Unilocal bucket list for a few years now! I’m over here in AZ visiting family so I finally had the chance to do just that
I had the Take Two foot long hot dog! It was great! I was told the dog was home made. It was top notch. I am the kinda guy who likes a dog to snap as you bite into it! The bun was great; tasted like it was home made and grilled.
My wife had the BBQ Chicken pizza. It was awesome. The bread used for the crust was definitely home made and had great texture.
The service was great! Very friendly staff! The place was super clean! We’ll be back! I have two or three other items is like to try!
