Was on a super tight deadline and the guys at Hall of Frames not only accommodated, they gave me advice on where to get the other stuff I needed. Fair price (and happier to pay it because it’s family owned and not a HUGE corp), but I’d probably pay even more if I knew that was the kind of quality and help I would get every time.
Came in on a Sunday around 1pm, had to do two other things in the framing/​engraving/​printing process and they had it done beautifully by 4pm.

I came here a few weeks ago to look for frames for a few paintings that need them. The guy behind the counter was one of the nicest and most helpful employees I’ve run across in a long time. It’s refreshing to run into people who love what they do and are good at it. Props to him.
I settled on a frame that only cost $ 40, but looked it would normally run over $ 100 due to its high quality. I was happy about this because I never like having to buy a frame that costs more than what I paid for the picture itself.

I’ve been to this store at least 5 times now and I’ll keep coming back for any framing needs. They are always very friendly and available to help.
The orders always come in quickly, typically within 1 – 2 weeks. Once a frame came in damaged, they called me right away to let me know there would be a delay because they had to reorder. They took care of everything with no hassle and it turned out great.
A+ for these guys!

I called around to get a La Carte pricing for mats and this was the only shop that could give me a straight answer. When I called Michael’s either they didn’t know how to look up a price or they were completely incoherent. But, the Hall of Frames store was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was invited to visit the store and bring my framing project and they would assist me with the design. I grabbed my box of concert tickets and buttons and rushed over to the store on Gilbert and Germaine. My project was completed in a week and is now hanging in my music room. Great price and excellent customer service. I will return with more treasures to frame.
