Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN

Office staff is horrible and need to find some personality. Doctors are ok. Took my daughter and I there for normal yearly checkups. They charged us our co pay at the time of visit, but months later I receive 2 seperate bills, one for myself and one for my daughter. They stated that not only did we owe them for our visit after insurance, but we owed them MONTHS of late fees that cost more than our copay! $ 32 each month! I called, no one answered. I called again, they said the billing representative would call me back. In order to not receive another $ 32 late fee I paid both bills. Over $ 130 in late fees! No previous bills were sent. No phone calls. I would have paid it right away if I had known I owed anything!
Will never ever ever go here again. They are just out for money and don’t care about their patients. Told all my friends, posted on Facebook, and now posting on here. Any doctor is better than them.

I’m sorry this is a bit long but hear me out. Here goes:
I moved to Arizona from Hawaii ⁸⁄₂₀₁₄. I had no idea of any reputable pediatricians, doctors, dentists, etc in the area of Gilbert and found a Gilbert Mommies site on Facebook and inquired about recommended clinics. I was given wonderful suggestions to dentists and pediatricians in the area for my twin 7yr old girls. LOVE their docs. We found out we were expecting again and I inquired about OB’S through this group again and Goodman/​Patridge came highly recommended. I sought out Dr. Kale in the Gilbert/​Mesa office. Was seen by her majority of the time except maybe 2 or 3 times due to my work schedule for almost the entire duration of my pregnancy. As I got to about 32wks I was given the run around about her not being in office or booked, etc and had to succumb to a couple different PA’s which I ended up liking very much (but unfortunately they weren’t able to deliver my baby at the hospital due to them being a PA.) I ended up going in to labor an entire month early, and found out a few days to maybe a week prior to me going in to labor, that Dr. Kale left the practice. I was already stressed and ended up having Dr. Nieves deliver my baby as she was the Goodman/​Partirdge on-​call doctor there that night. She was a good doctor (easy going and simple) but her bedside manner could have been a bit less rough. She mentioned a few times to the assisting nurse, as I was in between contractions, that she wished she were home sleeping since she had already pulled a 10hr shift and was doing a double. Thank goodness for my nurse… she was a sweetheart and a half. (As if I wanted to be there with my legs spread eagle… you know?) Well, other than that, my delivery was quick and perfect. But because my baby was premature, she stayed in the NICU a few weeks due to respiratory and preemie issues. With her being in the hospital, I had to rent a breastpump. I was unaware that my insurance would cover it until AFTER my baby came home. (With my twin girls they ended up being gavage & bottle fed since they were in the NICU several months for being preemies… and long story short, it was very stressful for me and my production never fully kicked in, so breastfeeding was new to me this time around). I rented the breastpump for 2 months. My baby came home and she took to breastfeeding with no problems. When I returned the breastpump, I contacted my insurance and they told me in order for me to be reimbursed for the few weeks baby was in hospital, I just needed a Rx from the delivering doc to send to the insurance. I understood it would ONLY be for the amount of the time baby was in hospital, not for the extra month I had the breastpump. I had no problems with that. I contacted Goodman & Partridge and spoke with a nurse explaining my situation. She was very kind and took the message of request and told me I’d receive a callback regarding this once they heard from Dr Nieves. I got a call back the next day and a plain NO was told to me. I asked why, the nurse told me Dr. Nieves said you don’t need the breastpump anymore, therefore, she won’t write a Rx. I told her yes, I don’t need the breadtpump now, I’m just asking for a Rx for the dates my baby was in the NICU so my insurance will cover. Obviously those dates would show I no longer need the breastpump. (I’m sure they also had access to this information because I had done a follow up in their office 2wks after my baby was born.) I told the nurse to please ask her again and to explain that I DON’T want the Rx for me to get a breastpump NOW… but to date it for the time baby was in NICU… once again. She stated ok and was very hesitant to take the message… and as I suspected, sure enough… I NEVER received a call back again. So I coughed it up as a loss. It wasn’t worth my time anymore for a mere $ 70. Just a bad taste in my mouth and I will NEVER go to these people again. They don’t inform you your doc is leaving and they don’t care about simple requests because I suspect it was after the fact. I’m so over them. But at least I have a happy 6 month old now with 2 big sisters who just adore her to death. Just had to write this review for all to see. Thanks for looking… find a small practice where they care about their patients.
Oh! P. S…every time I had an appointment at the office too… their bathrooms were so disgusting. They barely restocked their supplies. The toilets and sinks were filthy with urine everywhere, toilet paper strewn all over the floor, as if they had no one clean them… EVER! It was always gross where I would never want to sit or touch anything when having to do my urine samples… and I ALWAYS line public toilets!
AND they charge you a global fee that’s due PRIOR to the full rendering of services. I didn’t even hit my 2^nd trimester at the time and they sent me a bill stating it was due by a certain date… which included delivery charges, etc for my baby. Weird.

I have been going to this office since 2012 and I love it here. I’m sad to read all the negative reviews about this place. However, Dr. Freeman is the absolute best! She delivered my last baby and I want her to do my next! All the other PA’s I’ve been seen by are also great. I love that when I call to make an appointment the person I speak too is so kind and helpful. I think attitude has a lot to do with how your visits go. If you’re friendly and nice, they’re friendly and nice. I would and have recommended this office to friends and I will continue to do so!

So I schedule for 1030 they say I’m not on the schedule she gets the supervisor I called the main line as soon as they answer the supervisor steps out the medical assistant makes a snarky laugh at me I said why are you being rude why did you do that I’m still sitting she gets up saying I’m not dealing with this puts her hand a little over a half inch away from my face puts her hand in my face! Mind you I didn’t yell or anything and I was still sitting down. and I said to her supervisor did you see that and I got brought to the back mind you this is in the lobby I said I can call the police for harassment and the same girl who put her hand in my face said who harassed you huh huh!!! And I yelled back at her and I finally got put into a room and the supervisor said she saw everything and she was going to handle her sadly I’ve been going here for almost 8 years and it’s been going down hill even 4 years ago but I didn’t want to switch since it was down the street but looks like this was the last straw not returning and very bad communication between scheduling and office they made a mistake last time they scheduled me to talk about getting tubes tied they never scheduled me with a doctor and thought I was only showing up for birth control. update I called the police just to document this girls behavior and the supervisor said she wasn’t going to be fired. The officer said the terrible business will catch up to them Joanne Boyd, WHCNP is very rude making fun of my lip piercings «all those piercings all over your face»

I am a 22 year old student and I came to this office because it seemed like a decent place to go. All I needed was birth control due to having a hormone imbalance and needed to check if I still had a cyst. It took 20 minutes for a front desk staff to even check me in. After that I waiting for another 30 minutes. Once I got in I had a nurse practitioner see me. I told her about my ER visit with the cyst and she said that it was probably gone, they didn’t even bother to check it. I was prescribed my birth control and was done. Waited 50 minutes for a 5 minute appointment.
Later I was refilling my birth control after 2 months and my pharmacy called and said that my Doctor wouldn’t approve the refill. So I had to go in and just tell them I had no side effects. After I asked do I have to do this every time I want my prescription refilled and she said no. But 2 months later same thing happened.
When I got my bill I was charged $ 500 for my first visit!!! They said my insurance doesn’t pay for the services I requested. The services listed was a PAP smear, pregnancy test, STD test, and an initial appointment (which is all covered in my policy, and I only took a pregnancy test because it’s required when I get on BC). My parents were livid! My dad called our insurance right away and asked why they didn’t pay and they never got this bill. It took us 5 months to get them to send the proper bill to insurance! I read reviews about this happening to women who are pregnant and I know my story isn’t as severe but they try and rip you off by services they didn’t provide.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Horrific customer service, long waits, and I seriously HATED the Dr rotation. I had my first child at G&P because it was close to my house (HAHAHAHAHA) and after I had her, I swore I would never go back and I haven’t. They make you wait in the room for like an hour every time to visit just for someone to measure your stomach and ft your blood pressure! Bro, I could do that stuff myself and record it for you. I had a total stranger deliver my daughter… AWESOME. NOT. After I had her, I switched the Dr Huish at University OBGYN and he is AMAZING. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from here.

First off… this is long but please read!!!
I have had nothing but bad experiences at this horrible practice. The front office (if you can even call it a front office) are rude! They take forever to bring you back into the room and then take forever to see you once you finally make it back there. You never see the same person twice unless you specifically ask for that person every time. (Amanda is amazing and the only one I’d recommend seeing there) This was my first pregnancy so of course I have no idea what to expect and the staff didn’t help matters. The ultrasound techs are extremely rude and don’t explain anything they are doing and rush through your ultrasounds. I never met with a doctor until AFTER my son was born at our 2 week postpartum check, AND Dr freeman was only in the room for less than 5 minutes when I actually did get to meet her, and she didn’t even deliver our son an on call doc did (DR Grayson Guzman, which was amazing and I’ll probably transfer to his office) She didn’t even check my stitches or anything. They messed up our appointments 4 times in a row. The billing people are ridiculous and overcharge. AND at my last 6 week postpartum check they checked me and swabbed me but never called with my results and I stated that I wanted an iud as my form of birth control, was told to give them a week to verify if my insurance covered it (which I know they do) so I call a week and a couple days later to see what the hell is going on and of course the lady that is supposed to okay the procedure «isn’t answering» so here I am now 2 weeks later and still nothing. So screw them I’m findIng a different OB. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Let me start by saying I love Dr. Kale and she is the only reason this practice is getting 2 stars. She was the only Dr 2 yrs ago that was willing to look further than endometriosis with me and found that I actually have Interstitial Cystitis of the bladder which was causing so much of my pain. Other Dr’s had tried putting a Nuva Ring in me and talked about uterine ablation. And I apologize for the length of this.
I really wish Dr Kale would leave this group. I never was planning on getting pregnant, but now I am, and I’m a high risk for a couple of reasons. I immediately wanted to see Dr Kale. I even made sure that I scheduled so I could see her for my first appt. As my husband and I were leaving to go to the appt, the office called attempting to move me. They then said it was ok, and I could still see her. Nope! I didn’t. I saw a nurse practitioner instead, who was very nice and helpful, but it’s the principle of the matter. She suggested I make an appt the next day to get an ultrasound and blood work so they could refer me to a perinatal specialist. Next day, I arrive for my appt at 4:24 (4min after the scheduled appt time), and sat waiting for almost 20 min. Then I was brought back for the ultrasound and then ushered to a treatment room where I saw yet another nurse practitioner (and student). When I asked about getting blood work she said «Oh, the lab group leaves at 4:30». I said, «Well, I wasn’t told when I made the appt they left at 4:30, otherwise I would’ve scheduled it earlier!» So basically I would need to schedule again to get the blood work done. Um, no! I will not.
I then was told to expect a call from the referral dept. by Thursday. Thursday came and went, no call. I had to call Friday and was told they had already sent everything on to a perinatal specialist, and was told I need to call and make an appt. Funny, I thought that was their purpose. So I called that group and left a message. Goodman and Partridge called me later and did not leave a message. I thought that’s strange.
The worst of this so far is, yesterday in the mail I received a letter explaining the estimated cost of delivery with my insurance and something saying how they prefer to collect payment by the time you’re 6 months along. Excuse me? I get talking about the cost early so couples can prepare, but expecting payment 3 months before the baby comes?
Then the cherry on top was actually receiving a bill for this estimate before a bill for the 2 visits I’ve actually had with them. My husband is livid. I cannot believe this! It’s bad enough being treated like your a science project for all the students there, and like it’s an assembly line, but sending a bill for a delivery to some who is a high risk and only 10 weeks along??? I’m done with this group. I’m canceling all future appts and am looking for a new OB!

HORRIBLE!!! RUDE!!! I brought my wife here and we were told in advance they accepted care credit. Well upon our arrival we told them we were paying with care credit & we were treated like less than human!!! If you don’t like your job go mow a lawn or clean a house!!!

Probably the worst OB/​GYN group, ever. I am pregnant with my first due in 5 weeks. I have had an absolutely HORRIBLE pregnancy. I have recieved the most deplorable care. I lost 74lbs, ive been in and out of the ER trying to get help, the drs appts here are 5 minutes long, they dont address concerns the ultrasound technicans are complete brats who at times, do not even check half the things they need to, making you come back for an additional scan at an additional charge, they charge 40 dollars for your FMLA forms to be completed, and if you have disability forms so you can get paid, theres an additonal charge for those too as well as an office visit. This place is all about money.

Let me just start off by prefacing this review with the simple fact that I work in a medical office, in the billing department. So there is a ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ way to treat patients and conduct business, in my eyes.
When you first walk in the door, you will be looking for the front desk like most medical offices. There is not one. Instead, in a corner is a group of impatient looking medical assistants, sitting against the wall playing on iPads. When you give them an obviously confused look, they respond with attitude, like you are supposed to be an EXPERT on their office, obvs. How dare they have to explain to these peasants (patients) how it works!
After an awkward exchange of juggling my purse and my forms in one hand while searching for my insurance cards in my wallet with the other, (thanks to the genius who designed this waiting room, no counter, wtf) I am told to have a seat.
I arrived for my appointment 20 minutes early and was told it was the first appointment of the morning.
40 minutes after my appointment time I was called back. Another 30 minutes went by where I am sitting on a table in those lovely paper clothes they give you, shivering, and waiting for the doctor. I am not pregnant, I am here for my annual exam as a new patient, so I really cannot imagine what is taking so long.
Finally, as I am already off of the table and starting to put my clothes back on, the doctor comes in. Since it is an annual exam and I am a new patient, she asks me about my menstrual history, all fine and dandy, normal procedure for an annual exam. She does the pap smear and leaves, probably in the room for less than 10 minutes altogether.
Fast forward to a few months later, getting an EOB in the mail from my visit.
Not only did Goodman and Partridge leave a bad taste in my mouth just with the coldness and unprofessionalism of their staff, they also billed my insurance incorrectly, using an established visit code, not a new patient code which put a balance on my patient responsibility of $ 100.
Again, I work in a billing office. Billing an established pt visit code when the patient is new, technically constitutes fraud, as they are billing for higher services which were not performed, hoping to get a higher reimbursement from the insurance company.
When I questioned Nick about this he said it was because I told her I had cramps, and that allowed them to add on the est pt code. IMAGINE THAT– ME DISCUSSING MY PERIOD AT AN ANNUAL EXAM– CAAA-​RAAAAZY!
I called twice to complain about this, and word for word Nick told me, «Yes you are not the only one who has complained about this, in fact a lot of people have, but we are still doing it and it’s fine.»
SO THAT MEANS IT’S RIGHT??? What a mentality! «We are getting away with it so what’s the big deal?»
Hey, GOODMAN AND PARTRIDGE– stop treating your patients like dollar signs and maybe, I don’t know, READ some of the reviews on here!
I will NEVER go back to your office and I will tell EVERYONE I know not to go there either! It seems after reading some of these other reviews I am not the only one who has had billing issues with this practice.
I could not IMAGINE being a pregnant and having to deal with something like this…

Sorry for the length in advance, but since the office literally has no email to contact them to address issues, this public forum is my outlet to voice my concern and extreme dissatisfaction for this office’s staff, assistant’s and complete lack of care, sympathy, knowledge and professionalism.
**First of all, Dr. Kale and the nurse that draws blood were amazing. The ONLY good parts about this entire office.**
This was my wife and I’s first pregnancy, and subsequently our first miscarriage. I have only gone to this office three times, but from the first moment I walked in, was not impressed, but for the sake of my wife and our excitement of now being pregnant, didn’t say much. Whoever decided to board up the receptionists desk and allow the office assistants to casually sit cross legged on a chair with iPads, seemingly upset that people walk in and make them get up, was a horrible decision. Lacks professionalism. I get the whole Apple modern thing, but this is a professional medical office. Big difference. I did not feel comfortable or taken care of from day one. It was like walking into a retail store with minimum wage clerks with attitudes forced to get off the chair and greet us.
The first two visits were ok. Confirmed we were pregnant, my wife drew blood, had an ultrasound, couldn’t see anything because it was too early.
But the third visit is what ruined our relationship. First of all, the office didn’t even schedule my wife (though they gave us a card with the date and time on it). So from the moment she came in, she appeared like an inconvenience to them. It was obviously they were trying to rush her through everything. So she sat and waited. I’m sure Dr. Kale wasn’t even told about our situation. My wife waited as they «found time to fit her in»…even though they already scheduled her to come in that day (and didn’t schedule it). She finally got in to the ultrasound room. The lady was extremely rough with her. Then towards the end, my wife asked her if she saw anything or heard a heartbeat. The technician responded with a non-​too subtle or compassionate, «I see no pregnancy». Left it at that. So now my wife and mother in law are left to wait for the doctor (who knows how long since she again, wasn’t scheduled correctly) in nervous anticipation.
They send another doctor in. She basically tells my wife of the miscarriage. She didn’t really give her any other information as to how to handle it, what to do next or any follow up appointments necessary. Nothing. She then said my wife could do another pee pregnancy test to confirm. My wife did. And waited. And waited. This is when I arrived. I was at the dentist getting a crown, so I was already tired and frustrated. We waited longer. Finally, my mother in law went out to ask. She was greeted with these unbelievable comments. «Oh, no one has come in yet? Yeah, she’s not pregnant. You can go now».
Amazing. No compassion. No sympathy. Not one person in that office had the decency or care in the world to come talk to my wife and me and explain what had happened or even the results of the new test. Then, we were swiftly escorted to the door, again reaffirming our «inconvenience» to them by coming in unscheduled (remember then did schedule us and screwed up?).
This office has no professionalism. Not one person showed any medical training or customer service. They were rough, non-​caring and frankly, didn’t show any interest whatsoever in my wife’s condition or situation.
Since Goodman & Partridge has no email to contact the office manager and I certainly don’t want to call, because that will be an unpleasant phone call for them. I am doing this review. We are never coming back to this office, nor if any of my family or relatives. We are currently searching out new doctors and offices. Judging by other Unilocal reviews, this office is just terrible. If Dr. Kale ever starts her own practice, we will be the first in line to join her, as she was the only good thing about this unprofessional and rude office. I sincerely hope someone from the G&P office sees this, addresses my concerns, cleans house and makes some changes. I would never in my life wish the service we got on any other woman in the world. This was supposed to be the happiest time of our lives, and it turned a sad situation 10 times worse with terrible service and professionalism.

This is the second baby my wife and I are having and only because of familiarity with their system we went back. Along with the familiarity came the same issues. Almost every bill we get I have to call and deal with over charges they conveniently add. Keep in mind these charges are in excess of $ 150 most times, every time they apologize and adjust it back down. This time they sent me a bill claiming I am 120 days over due and owe a late fee of almost $ 500. I have Tricare and they pay for 100% of everything, I am curious where these charges are coming from and why my insurance isn’t paying for it. At the end of the day if my insurance isn’t paying for it then they are attempting to charge for things that are unauthorized in their agreement with insurance providers; it now seems they are trying to get the money from me… Which we will not pay.
BOTTOM LINE… THEY OVER BILL EVERY TIME AND IF YOU DON“T STAY ONTOP OF IT, YOU WILL OVER PAY!!!

If you’re looking to have a whimsical birth plan and relationship with your doctor, this place is not for you. The only reason why I came her for my current pregnancy is because my original ob/​gyn is Catholic and will not perform a tubal ligation after my c-​section. I will give the staff and nurses an A. They’re all super nice and professional. But I have only seen my doctor ONCE the entire time. I’m not complaining, I really don’t care. This is my 3^rd pregnancy and I know what to expect, I do not need my doctor to hold my hand the entire time. The office is very clean and nice. Location is awesome if you live in the southeast valley.
But it does feel like you’re just on a conveyor belt and they’re rotating you in and out of appointments.
Again, if this isn’t your first rodeo and you’re just looking to get prenatal care and get the job done. This is the place for you.
If you have some crazy birth plan and want your doctor to be your BFF, don’t come here. Find a smaller practice.

This place is just out to get your money. Terrible customer service and after 2 visits, they continually messed up the billing and over-​charged.
At our 7 week Ultrasound, they spent 15 seconds trying to do the abdominal (yes, a total of 15 seconds) and then switched to transvaginal. They billed my insurance for both ultrasounds! I found out later from the new doctor and research online that its impossible to do a proper viability test at 7 weeks with just an abdominal. You’d be lucky to even get any pictures.
Between the 2 visits, they billed me and my insurance company over $ 2300. And that was after fighting with them and removing duplicate/​incorrect billings… Nothing out of the norm was done, just a basic blood work and viability ultrasound was all that was needed.

I was told to show up at 9:20am for my scheduled appointment today and by 10:45am I couldn’t take it any more and left without being seen by a provider. The one star is for the nice MA who took my vitals before waiting forever in a room (naked and draped in stupid paper sheets, nonetheless). I was originally scheduled to see the NP but was told that they didn’t go into the office today as scheduled and that I would now be seeing the Doctor. When I told everyone I had to leave and couldn’t wait any longer (I’m actually working today), I was offered another appointment at a «better» time. Better for who?! Needless to say, I declined and I won’t be returning. I wonder if I’ll actually receive a call from their office to offer resolution. Perhaps I should bill them for my time?

I don’t know where to begin. Maybe with I wish I saw the reviews before I chose this office.
First off it’s super weird that there’s no front desk, just ladies with iPads sitting in the waiting room. But hey, at least I can watch Disney movies while I wait? Then again, I am a 27 year old woman, why do I feel like I’m at a pediatrician?
Before I get into the weird movie themed décor that looks like it was bought at a garage sale, can I mention I’ve never seen the same person twice? Oh and I’ve been there plenty of times mostly just to discuss my last visit.
Like the one time I thought I was having a procedure done but turns out it was jut a consultation… I’ve already had 3 appointments about this particular procedure why do I need ANOTHER consultation???
The last straw was this morning, two hours before my appointment. Had the day off work, had my ride take the morning off work, after 3 months was finally getting this all over with BUT WAIT I get a call not even two hours before saying they messed up and can’t see me until February!
Tried to speak with a supervisor to air my complaints but surprise nobody would talk to me. And that’s why I wrote this review.
Anybody have a recommendation on a great doctor?

I started seeing goodman and partridge a couple years back. I remember it being very comfortable and the staff was very nice. Now this time i had to see them again due to ovarian cysts. I had my results and films from my ultrasound and went to give it to them and they stated they didnt really need it. i found it odd because how would they know how to treat me? The PA assistant stated that since i have no history with them that i had to wait awhile to see what was going on. I had to schedule out another ultrasound a month in advance. The day before my scheduled ultrasound i was contacted stating the doctor was oncall and had to change my appt. Well that night i had experienced the worst internal stomach pain. I knew my cysts were popping or something serious was going on. So when i went to my appt she did my ultrasound in 2 minutes and then i saw the dr who couldnt really understand me (language barrier) and i had my boyfriend with me because i wasnt really cohereint due to my episode the night before. They just kept saying it was because i was backed up, but i know that wasnt the case. I wasnt told about my cysts she just said it looks like there was never anything there. Im just upset because im still having the pain. So i scheduled for a gasterologist hoping they will find whats wrong. This place is misleading and i will be finding another obgyn.
**update: i had called back this afternoon to ask for my results because i wasnt convinced. i could feel something is wrong with me. I was then told i have pelvic inflammatory disease, and she hung up. I then googled it and freaked myself out so i called right back and all of the sudden they were closed. So i had to call after hours nurse who i was told would have access to my chart. She didnt and did however educate me. She said it is caused by an STD, douching, or a uid. I know for a fact i have never had a uid, iv never douched, so she said it must be an std. Iv had the same sex partner (my boyfriend) for 7 months. Nobody could tell me anything. So in a final attempt it was 7 pm (there open til 8pm) i called the front desk and asked if they had access to my chart. They did but unfortunatley nobody there has a medical background and cant read it. All i wanted to know was if in fact my culture had anything on it. She was noting and typing in the notes everything i had told her because apparently everyone else i talked to didnt note i called. I will never be going back to this office and will demand my results in the morning. BEWARE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS! Totally wishing I could give zero stars to this money hungry business. They do not care about their patients, only the almighty dollar.
Long story short, they demanded my full insurance deductible amount paid to them by the halfway point of my pregnancy or else they would refuse to see me. They didn’t care when I explained to them that when the time came for me to pay them after the delivery of my baby, I would not have a complete deductible amount due. I would have paid some of my deductible off elsewhere, like for the facility charges. But, like a fool, I gave them a chunk of my savings account — out of fear they’d dump me like a bad habit and I’d have to find a new OB in my third trimester (ugh). Anyhow, they screwed up the billing to my insurance. Of course. To this day (three years later), the claim has not been approved by my insurance, because of the faults of Goodman & Partridge’s incompetent billers. I was able to convince one of the billers to reimburse a portion of my cash (yay!), but what they kept from me is only a guess (a generous guess, at that) of what I would have owed them had they appropriately billed my claim. Grrrr. (Again, this was the very abridged version. I was on the phone with my insurance company and the Goodman & Partridge Billing office on a regular basis for almost 18 months. Enough is enough; losses cut.)
While I’m at it… the front desk staff is unprofessional, rude, and just plain snobby. (Sure, I’ll stand there and wait 5 minutes to schedule my next appointment so you three girls can finish giggling amongst yourselves and send that text out on your iPhone.) The medical assistants and doctors treat expectant moms like a number and the majority of my visits were rushed. The wait times were pretty crappy sometimes — 40 minutes is a bit much.
The office is decorated very nicely with movie themes and is meticulous (ok, maybe that’s where they can earn the one star I gave them). It’s too bad that same level of attention is not applied to their patients.
And stop trying to bribe customers with free massages.
That blurb that they have printed on their receipts? Something along the lines of «if you like us, tell a friend; if you don’t, tell us»??? Well, I told you, my friends, and the Unilocal community — I Don’t Like You, Goodman & Partridge!

my wife an i used them for our last pregnancy, not very impressed. Truly feels like a baby factory where you get on a conveyer belt and move along, you never know who you are going to see it’s a new person every time. They don’t seem to concerned about you, including during delivery our dr told me she was concerned about HER (the Dr’s) well being, not my wife, not my child… she almost got knocked out…
Don’t go here, you can be sure it is not you they care about.
