I love this place! They provide a great service and are very customer friendly. The salon is comfortable and the technicians make me feel welcome. Ask for Becky or Diane. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

This place was packed! I had the deluxe pedi which was really nice. I will definitely come back.

5 Stars based off of my pedicure. I have not gotten a manicure yet.
Forum Nails is easy to locate with easy parking. The salon is relaxing and clean.
Lots of colors to choose from.
I walked right in and was greeted and seated immediately. That was a huge bonus as I hate waiting around. Walk ins are welcome here!
My pedicure was fantastic! I went with a opi pedicure and callus removal. The lady was gentle with the toes when removing my cuticles. Most salons are not. She took her time with the scrub and massage. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. She also didn’t rush the massage part with hot stones! I was pleasantly surprised because by this time there were people waiting. I will defiantly be back!!!

This is a pretty mixed review. I would give 5 stars for my service and 2 for my own.
The salon itself is decent. Clean, relaxing music, good sterilization or equipment and tub liners. They allow people to bring their kids and run around which annoys me a bit.
The nail tech my mom had did an excellent job, incredible massage, took his time and had good attention to detail. His name was Quy.
My nail tech rushed through as if she was being chased! Fastest service I’ve ever had, upgraded pedi and gel mani in less than 1 hour!!! I had maybe 1 whole minute of massage and was done nearly an hour before my mom when we had the same service. She never checked in with me about if I liked the length or color. She cut my cuticles so fast it actually hurt! She also made me take my hands out of the light before time was up, which in my experience with gel under drying leads to early peeling. I wouldn’t doubt if all the negative reviews are from her.
The overall result wasn’t horrible. It just wasn’t at all a relaxing experience.
Not the best service you can get for the price in Gilbert, for sure. I’ll stick to El Bella for now.
Update: in just 2 days, both our nails have peeled. Probably since both our techs rushed through and didn’t allow us enough dry time under the light. Very disappointed about my wasted money.

I have been coming to this salon for a decent amount of time, I drive a long ways to come to this salon and to finally come to the conclusion I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!
You would think loyalty would play a part in how this salon treats their customers —WRONG!!!
I made an apt for one day & then called to reschedule — Who ever was working that day didn’t speak to good of English because they did not mark the appointment correctly on their appointment book. So when I did come for my appointment I was completely rushed given that I was the first one in the salon right when it opened and they had two hours to do my nails, beings that I had a flight to catch in the early afternoon.
They stuck me with a lady named Nora that didn’t know how to do acrylics and even when it came down to filing my nails and I had to correct her on the shape as I told her I wanted them shaped in a certain way– she gave me attitude and told me that I should have told her sooner… As the shop got busier I noticed her attention to detail kept getting worse, I felt completely rushed & I even asked her if she had another appointment in which she answered yes — she could care less about mine but to get to her next client… (Nora is ONLY GOOD FOR TOES)
At that point I had to refuse them doing my eyebrows, I was about ready to lose it meanwhile the owner Katie kept looking at me & knew I was fuming and didn’t do anything about it. So I went to pay and Katie the owner said «you come back tomorrow I do you nails» when they knew damn well I was leaving the country that afternoon…
My husband was my saint that day he went back into the salon and got me a partial refund of what ??? I don’t even understand because when we did the numbers it didn’t calculate to much of a refund for the incredibly TERRIBLE service they gave me that day!.
SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, FRUSTRATION AND $$$$ and FIND A DIFFERENT SALON… This salon was new and fresh when I started coming in 2011 & now it’s just your turn of the mill — turning people in & out. They definitely lost their values of QUALITY OVER QUANTITY!!! It’s only a matter of time this salon will run its corse & someone bigger & better will replace Forum Nails!

Went in today as a walk-​in for a manicure and a pedicure. Was greeted by Gina.
Gina proceeded to do the pedicure/​manicure as if it was her first time giving professional service. Very poor service ended cutting my finger near the nail causing it to bleed. She laughed and made no attempt to say she was sorry. Trimmed nails too short and wanted to known if I wanted the other nails longer… You got to be kidding me. Maybe she was just having a off day. Will not use Gina in the future.

Just got my nails done here. The guy I was working with didn’t understand anything I was saying, and in turn I ended up having to pay $ 25 to cut my own nails and stress out the whole time that they were being done in correctly. I would definitely recommend any other place in the area.

This place was popping for a Sunday! We got there right when they opened at 11, and there were already 3 people ahead of us.
It was $ 62 for 2 pedis and 1 manicure (not gel). Yes, I did get the hand massage. I had to decline a gel manicure like 7x’s, I said no!
They were quick, and the place seemed clean. But the girl was talking on her cell phone the whole time. And they misplaced my sister’s color so she had to pick something else.
Prob won’t come back to this place.

Quick and well done nail service. Decent décor and friendly staff. Did have to wait, but that’s to be expected as a walk in customer. Did not offer water or a hand massage like other places. $ 30 with tip for gel manicure.

I go out of my way to come here. they do the best job at nail designs! Sometimes it is a bit of a wait– but that’s how it is most places

Clean and great prices. No hand massage though like the last nail place I went to in Atlanta :/​it’s ok though. Also they have a great selection of gel nail polish. I recommend katie or emily.

I wanted to try a new salon so I stopped by this place to check it out. Clean and good prices too!
