Forever21

This is my «local» forever 21. It’s the worst one in AZ that I’ve ever been to. The flooring is dangerous, they can’t afford to buy new flooring, instead they use yellow TAPE to tape down the loose tile… Also every employee I have ever talked to there is rude. My mom tried to exchange a bag the other day and kindly asked to speak to a manager and the girl says «he’s just gonna say the same thing!». I’d rather drive an hour to Scottsdale mall. I hope this store gets shut down.

Pros: organized nicely, easy navigation, clean environment, tons of clothes.
Cons: rude employees-​they ignore you (stood in front of the checkout counter for a few minutes before I was acknowledged. there were 3 employees back there; nobody in front of me in line, a few people behind me). Not too helpful.
Update: the tile got to me in last time! Broke my shoe. And bruised my toe :(

My 17 year old daughter and I walked into this location yesterday around 4 pm. There were THREE employees standing directly at the door, talking. Not ONE bothered to greet us as we entered the store. So, we just walked through and out the other door to another store. Oh, and they REALLY need to do something about that cheap flooring. The pieces lift in various locations throughout the store. I’ve tripped and stubbed my toe during previous shopping visits. Yesterday I noticed they’d finally used tacky, yellow Forever 21 tape to try and hold them down. Very nice. I’m not sure what’s worse the dangerous flooring, or the rude employees.

Lots of great clothes. We went in for my daughter, and I ended up getting a few things — belts. Definitely any not long dresses or skirts are way too short for a woman in her 40s. But, some really cute clothes and great prices.
I would tend more towards some of the conservative stuff, but they seem to have a large selection of clothes, plenty of dressing rooms, and a great variety of things at reasonable prices.
This was my first time going in. Nice staff, too and not bothersome.

Customer service is hit or miss. Affordable clothing. Store is filthy, the display windows dust bunnies are bigger than some people’s cats. Yuck! !!! The store could use a deep cleaning. It’s very neglected. Maybe that’s why the pricess are so cheap, they can’t afford REAL cleaning.
Lots of variety of clothing to choose from, but they cream the clothing so right is difficult to really view our find other sizes. Even though it’s dirty, we’ll be back. Kids are expensive to raise and I need a break somewhere.

This Forever 21 is better in every way then the Chandler location in the mall. Both locations have good selection for women, but this location excels is customer service. Everyone here is very friendly when at the Chandler location everyone is miserable and acts inconvenienced when you ask for help. The parking is close. You can actually get cell phone service in this location where Chandler you can’t. Clothes are pretty cheaply made, but you already know that if you have shopped here before. You get what you pay for.

Love this place! It’s so organized, easy to shop! They would put a bowl of accessories to match your outfit in the same area.

I really wish I didn’t like this place. It’s embarassing to shop here when you’re Forever 31. Luckily this location is chock full of stay at home moms who are also desparately trying to cling on to their youth.
No, I kid! I kid! I used to think shopping at Forever 21 was beneath me, but that was back when I was too fat to fit in any of their clothes. Now that I have shopped here a few times, I can see what great, on-​trend styles they have at fabulous prices. Sure, the quality isn’t that great and their return policy is horrible, but when you can get a garbage bag full of clothes for $ 100, it doesn’t seem so bad.
The amount of inventory at this store is ridiculous. The racks are CRAMMED full of clothes. I go into the store with the mindset that I will only shop in one section. Otherwise, I would get overwhelmed.
My favorite thing about Forever 21 is the accessories. I’ve gotten some dirt cheap headbands, necklaces, and earrings that are very cute. In fact, it has kind of ruined me. I can’t bear the idea of paying $ 20 – 40 for a similar item at other stores.
