Unacceptable service and poor quality. Ordered a custom table and after six months still waiting for my table to be completed.
They tried installing an incomplete table and had to come back to get the rails to complete the job per the agreement and premium price paid for the custom table (and we are still waiting). Big promises followed up by poor communication and excuses is all we have received so far by their management.
Sad to say this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company like this.

The shopping experience was great. Dakota had the expertise to help me pick out the perfect table for the quality and cost I was looking to purchase. I’d recommend this place to anyone in the market for a quality pool table.

Went in today to learn more about products (pool) as I just created a room for it, and was new to what questions to ask, etc. I’ve stopped in before for other games I own (shuffleboard), but this was the first in-​depth I’d spent on pool. I appreciate the guys, Dekota, Scott, etc. taking the time to explain things to me, point out the differences between styles, tables, manufacturers, what to watch for, etc. /​/​Very knowledgeable and helpful, and patient w/​my little one, even showing her how to hold a stick. Would definitely recommend stopping in…
